I am not a regular customer of this pharmacy. They were one of just a few pharmacies within an hours drive that was carrying the newest Moderna Spikevax vaccination. Initially, after checking with both my Medicare provider and Medicare itself, I was told the cost would be over $150.00.Sonny, the pharmacy technician, reserached even further and discovered a third alternative that covered the entire cost.He went beyond what I normally expected to help me. I greatly appreciate his empathy, determination, and professionalism.

Walgreens pharmacy is 1 of the best pharmacies that I've used. The techs are friendly and helpful. Thumbs up to Debbie, Sonny & Carolyn!!

Worst passport photo service! The staff is rude and unknowledgeable about the photo guidelines.

I called Walgreen's and asked about taking Canadian Passport pictures, and they said yes.I downloaded and printed the instruction for the pictures from the Canadian Web Site, the manager did not even wanted to look at them but tock the pictures and send me on my way. They were wrong, good thing we didn't send them to Canada and waited a month or so only to tell us that they are no good. Very expensive hotels here in Sedona.Worse than that the manager send us on our way ans asked us not come back into Walgreen's!!! We got our money back but were left out in the cold!Terrible experience!

This pharmacy is great if you want to keep getting alerts on your phone about the new reason your prescription is delayed, immediately after resolving the last issue. I highly recommend this pharmacy to masochists, students of the human condition, or any person who enjoys calling a pharmacy which rarely answers, to reiterate the same information four times, only to have it ignored. This pharmacy is ideal for anyone who has endless time to waste, and/or feels it’s their job to call their doctor’s office to request that they change the wording on a script they have been writing without incident for decades, during the holidays, to satisfy some first year, incel pharmacist’s unwarranted narcissism. However, if you simply need a prescription filled, in less than 8 days, without being filled with pity for a revolving cast, of stressed out pharmacy techs, spinning in redundant circles, I suggest anywhere else.

No pharmacy hours on the weekend?

I thought the MON-Fri 9-5 schedule was for just one weekend. This schedule makes it difficult for me to stay with Walgreens as I work 9-5 Mon-Friday and work 40 mins away from home. I am going to have to take time off work to get a prescription? That's ridiculous. I would just switch to a different Walgreens but any schedule 1 drugs will have to be RE_CALLED in to transfer to a different Walgreens. Unless something changes soon, I will be going to Walmart or CVS so I can get scripts on weekends or after work.

I'm done with this Walgreens! Drive thru is ridiculously slow. The poor clerk has to work the inside counter and the drive thru. This takes forever and there are usually at least 5 cars in line ahead of you. You can't reach anyone in the phone....ever. One day they just closed the entire pharmacy. I learned from another pharmacy in town that it was due to the pharmacist being on vacation and they had no backup. They are unable to open the pharmacy if there isn't a pharmacist present. Poor management to say the least.Waited 40 minutes recently inside to get a pre scheduled booster shot.Did make a complaint with the head quarters folks before switching to Fry's.Never again!

What a horrible pharmacy. Had a standard flu shot appt and had to wait over 45 minutes past the appt because the older lady couldn't figure out the insurance (even tho I've been there multiple times). The employees are slow, uncaring and worst of all you can't understand the pharmacist because she mutters and speaks so fast. It's as if they all hate their jobs.I'm done wasting my time here. Moving over to Safeway.

Unacceptable! We called from the Hospital at 3:45pm. It was imperative that I get the antibiotics filled TODAY-after 10Hours in the ED. We were told the pharmacist was working in it. We drove over We waited in line for over an hour and a half - where the teller told us that it wasn’t ready—- and if we didn’t like that- we could apply for a job at Walgreens! We waited another 25 minutes- noPrescription- no one in line- store closing. Never again!!! Cringe worthy customer service-

Maybe the technicians are doing their best. Just maybe. But, if they're short-staffed then Walgreens needs to spend some of those profits they're making right now on additional support for these techs. Waiting in a line for a covid19 test should not take as long as it did. The first car in the drive-through line did not move for 10 minutes, and there 3 more ahead of me.That kind of personal time wasting is unacceptable for me.I'll take my valuble business elsewhere.
