The lady pharmacist I spoke with was not very kind or helpful. Apparently there are medications they cannot carry and you have to find a pharmacy that does. Not helpful at all ma’am.

Went to the Cottonwood store for booster shots. Made the appointment online. They were 30 minutes late for me, over an hour late for my wife (who came later). The serious problem was that my mother in law is on oxygen. We topped her up prior to going in. She ran out, 15 minutes prior to getting out of there. I understand that they were short staffed, but this was potentially life threatening. I would flunk Walgreens on this, however the staff behaved professionally, despite the lack of corporate support. Walgreens should do far better, or stop offering appointments. There were over 8 people outside the Pharmacy, most were masked, but not properly distanced. There was not room for that.

The drive threw is Horrible, today I was 6th in line and took over 10 minutes average per car. I took a pic Of ALL the cars waiting. This is my third time that this week because they gave away my partial. Every time it's like this. If they have a problem with the customer they should tell them to come in. .Not have everyone in line wait.

Didn't catch her name but the women working the register in the cosmetics section today was wonderful. Just want to say thank you...she was super nice and customer service was wonderful! Two qualities that are hard to come by these days. Keep up the great work
