Worst customer service! I had to make appointment for something that takes ten minutes to do. The manager took ten minutes to log in and set up the appointment for the next day! So we come back the next day in the pouring rain on time for our 10:30 appointment and stood in the lobby for 30 minutes waiting. We sit down very frustrated, not even an apology or eye contact from the banker! I asked him angrily not even a sorry you ran late? His answer was “what did you want me to throw her out” We have been customers with Wells Fargo for years, not anymore! Not to mention that they were closed so many times this past summer, and open up at 10 in the morning! The worst customer service!!!

I was first person in line besides someone the other teller was helping. I went up to the teller/banker he told me it would be a minute for him to finish up what he was doing I said no problem. Then someone else walked in and apparently signed in. They called that person to come ahead of me (standing in line) and helped him they said oh…well he signed in. They also did this to me a previous time when I was needing help from a banker. They told me to wait they’d be right over to help me soon as I finished up at the teller line. Someone walked in they took them ahead of me. I know it was because they were high dollar clients but they had no idea I was also a business client. I won’t be back. I even called customer service and then was disconnected. The manager is no help either. Katie is always nice.

Not sure what happened at this branch but don't bother going for banking services. The tellers are great but you need an appointment for all other services. We made an appt weeks ago, show up for the appointment five minutes early, then sat for twenty minutes while bankers walked past ignoring us even though we told a teller we were there (after being ignored). Then they pretended like we were late for the appointment which we were not. After 45 minutes waiting for a banker to help and they still did not, we left. I don't know why they have you make appointments if they don't honor them and/or no one can actually help once you are there- and there were four bankers, three tellers and a manager so they were not short-staffed just unorganized. Terrible customer service!

This locations service is truly the worst I have ever experienced. There was 1 teller and one person greeting at the front? They made us sign in to an iPad and I waited over 45 mins to pull out small bills.... They were extremely rude and this branch has to truly be the worst one. I will drive 30 mins to next Wells Fargo to get better service. Unreal.

This WellsFargo is pretty pathetic now. Hasn't had a drive-through in a couple of years, are not open on Saturday, has very few employees so, sometimes you have to wait 10-15 minutes in line. Now, this branch doesn't even open up until 10:am! This morning I went to get two rolls of quarters. I literally had to wait 15 minutes for quarters. Two cashiers, and many senior citizens waiting, this particular branch needs to have more cashiers, instead of a highly paid greeter (who I know as a cashier). She could've been able to access getting me quarters, for Gods sake. Mobile banking, I'm sure is one of the reasons banks are beginning to change over to limited banking services. . However, this particular community has too many senior citizens who are never going to do online banking. WellsFargo needs to get their act together and make these changes based on community need.

Time for a new bank. They have closed the drive up windows and only have one teller available inside. Four people sitting behind desks not helping customers.

Always greeted upon entry and everyone's eager to assist, with a smile. We're fortunate to have WF and delightful staff in Fountain Hills.

Worst customer service you can imaging. I changed my legal mane due to citizenship status. I got my SS card with new name and driver license with the new name, And I went to Chase bank in Fountain Hills with my new SScard and new drivers license, and the banker had my account updated in 10 minutes. Then, I went to Wells Fargo. That was when Nightmare started. The banker Steven Gaston was rude and arrogant. He told me Driver's license and SS card are not legal documents. I need a "form" which shows both my previous name and new name. I was so confused because SS office didnt ask for it. MVD didn't ask for it, plus that "form" doesn't even exist. Then, the manager Kate Marrin showed up. When I asked her why drivers license and SS card are not considered legal documents, her answer was " SS card could be fake. " That confused me even more because based on her theory, the "form" they asked me to produce could be fake, too. Steven even made a comment with an erogant attitude " You think I can just change my name to Jimmy?" I was totally speechless by his stupidity. NO! You cannot! You dont have A drivers license and SS card with Name of Jimmy. You moron! My husband asked if we can just open a new account with my new legal name. Steven said firmly " NO! Not now because we already documented it." At that moment, I felt I was in the police station and was caught with some kind of crime. My "crime" was documented so there was nothing I could do anymore. I went back home and called WF 800 number and was told to have name change, all i need was drivers licese and SS card. We drove to Scottsdale branch. Sure enough, with my drivers license and SS card, my accounts were updated in 7 minutes. Who the hell gave those poeple the power to make in house policy in the name of Wells Fargo? I want to know. I also want to know that to how many people Kate Marrin has made the statement " SS card could be fake." I am a minority, a person of color, but I have banked with WF for 23 years with an open 6 figure line of credit account. During the past 23 years, I also have had several mortgages with WF. She better not assume I just illegally crossed the border with a fake SS card based on my color and race! I am waiting for Wells Fargo's investigation to decide if I should keep banking with WF any longer.I

I can confirm the rude attitudes mentioned in other reviews by my own experience. I escalated my complaint but no one has reached out to me. I will be switching to another bank.

My husband just went into change our address on our account and the two bankers refused to help saying they had an 11am appt. He was there well before 11am and said he would wait and they said it would be long. He just came from Chase Bank and was able to do it in 5 minutes and these two were less than helpful with attitude.
