The staff is very friendly and helpful when I am looking for various items within the store. They have a wide assortment of goods. They stir is very neat and clean and well organized.

Purchased craftsman lawnmower 2 months ago, it stopped working last week. ACE will not accept it as a return, cannot provide directions for warranty. Basically nothing until the manager is back from vacation. I cannot mow my lawn until the manager is back from vacation to help with the lawn mower repair..

Just left the shop, I believe the clerks name was Preston? Very personable, very helpful, went out of his way to throw different options at an odd problem, sold me a few things that definitly made a difference overall. I have never been to this ace but it was a decent experience.

Ace to the rescue. Needed a replacement cartridge for the shower in the Master bathroom and where did I find it? Not at the big orange store or the blue one either but Ace sure had it.

The customer service at this place is off the charts. They search out customers in the isles to assist. You used to see that at Home Depot at Lowe’s, but no more. Because of this being our first experience, I wanted to give them a great rating and give them my business going forward. We spent a ton of money on barbecue sauces and grilling accessories, and will return to buy much more.

Talk about over priced! No wonder this particular location doesn't price match. When in the store make sure to look up the price elsewhere. I was able to find my mister around the corner at half the price.

I'm a plumber and was in NEED of specific parts at a time when water was off at my customers house. Boy, was I glad Ruggiero's Ace Hardware was there for me. Thank you very much.

WOW!!!! The customer service here was top notch. I have an Ace closer to my house but was specifically looking for a Blackstone grill and Ruggieros had a great selection. Everyone was very helpful and even gave some extra tips on my project that came in handy a few days later when I was putting together. Thank you for the hard to find great customer service. Keep it up.

This is a great ACE Hardware store. E people are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I like going here before the big box stores, so much more helpful.
