Upgraded to Samsung flip phone in August. Screen malfunction 3 months later so I go in. I go into the store and they tell me it's a Samsung issue and not to use warranty. I sent to Samsung and they send back refurbished phone. A few weeks later Samsung sends back broken phone with a $1000 charge to my account. Now I paid $2000 for a broken phone and a replacement refurbished phone. What an absolute mess. ATT people were anxious to upgrade but absolutely useless when I needed help. Tried calling Samsung and got medical life alert Sales pitch...no help also. Now I have to look for a new provider after being a customer since 2002. WOW

Att is literally the worst company I've ever been with. Wish I wasn't stuck with them for 3 years! Never again. Walk away, just walk away.

Transferred service from Verizon to AT&T 12/26/2022. Requested rep in store to add both owners as account holders. Only one owner was added. Said we would have access to online portal after a couple days, a year later we still never had access. Had issues transferring lines, went into store located at 1505 e Warner rd. where rep in store ADDED extra phone line and we did not know. Found out in 08/2023 that we were paying for extra phone line. Requested refund at this time on the phone. Rep got the refund, however, ADDED extra hot spot line. Paid all phones off 08/2023 to transfer back to Verizon because of fraudulent charges. Thought account would cancel because all cell lines were transferred to Verizon, however, hot spot line stayed active. Called 12/2023 to get everything canceled where I found out extra hot spot line was added back in 08/2023. Requested rep on phone to place refund and cancel everything attached to account, found out following day the rep did not place a request for refund, instead placed an order for us to send back phones, even though that was never requested, nor did we need to send anything back. Called again where I requested to talk to manager, rep put me on hold and would never transfer me. Called again, rep said I needed to report issues with global fraud department, said they would transfer me only to find out everything has to be done online and rep just placed themselves on mute and waited for me to hang up. Reported online to fraud department for both reps that added unauthorized services. If I could give AT&T zero stars, I absolutely would. They basically can’t help you at all in store and every time you call in, HIGH chance you get an oversees rep. In my case, I ONLY got oversees reps.

I had the best experience in this store- the manager Louis (hope that’s his name) helped me with 3 new phones - went over my plan with me and I was out the door in 20 minutes. They are helpful, knowledgeable and efficient!!

I was LIED to! Younger guy helped me order a new phone. I asked for natural titanium. He confirmed. He walked me out the door and I asked a second time, he again confirmed it was natural titanium. I got to the car, checked my email, he ordered black. I went back in and was told "the system switched it to black because titanium would take 2 months to ship." That was a LIE because Kim had helped me 40 min prior and said it would be 4-5 days. And no system would make you pick another color, it would have just said "btw this is two months out" Just admit you picked the wrong color. Due to "an internal glitch" I had already paid $78 twice and had my orders cancelled. I then paid $78 again to have the wrong color ordered, and this guy wanted me to pay ANOTHER $78 to order the correct color. 3/4 payments have been refunded. Still waiting on one. Kim was nice and helped me well, but the store had one option of phones in stock. Their solutions to get me a phone same day included going back and forth to the apple store and att with no success.

I waited less than two minutes to be helped. The associate that assisted me was very helpful and professional. He helped me with the issue I had to resolve. And it is not the first time that I am happy with the staff at Williams Field store.

Randy was great!!! My phone wouldn’t activate and he spent over a hour , unfortunately but thankfully getting it fixed for me. He was very nice !!!

Absolute Worst Experience To everyone getting Direct TV, DO NOT let an AT&T persuade you to transfer over to their services. They will lie to you and treat you poorly once they get you to agree and transferred over to their services! The deal I was given by Christian Ortega ATT & Direct TV Account Manager was a complete LIE! I was told that I was to get 3 IPhone 15's "ON US" they claim and end up have to turn in my old phones for a credit only. I would have to pay the remaining balance through the 36 month agreement. I was NEVER told by Christian Ortega that I would have to turn my phones or pay the remaining balance! Also they will tell you about a $600 visa gift card I would receive that NEVER was received When contacting Christian about this, he because rude ,condescending and short with me. I then tried to call customer care and was transferred between so many representatives that when I actually got a manager after an hour of waiting on the phone. My option was to wait for a call back within 48hrs. This NEVER happened. When trying to get his supervisor Christopher Ramos involved. Mr Ramos Never contacted me back to help resolve the issue. I was forced to trade in my phones because I had only 30 days to make a decision. ATT will lie and treat you poorly to get business. Do not become a victim like me. Watch out for Christian Ortega 623-203-9229 and Christopher Ramos 623-203-5726. They are the absolute worst people! If I could give them NO STARS I would!!!!

My wife were greeted by and serviced by Enrique at the San Tan AT&T store yesterday and today, 8/24 and 8/25. He helped set up may new IPhone and move my wife’s iPhone over to a new AT&T account. It took about 6 hours between the two days to get all of the issues involved in cutting us from our previous cell provider to AT&T, but through it all Enrique was professional, very patient, and supportive!! I would highly recommend that AT&T store to anyone looking for excellent customer and support!
