Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever received at an AT&T store. The man with red-ish blonde hair lacks customer service. He was rude and disrespectful from the moment I entered the store. I walked in with my two daughters and it was instant attitude. He never greeted us. So I approached asking if I could be put into a que. He doesn’t make eye contact and tells me hold on. So I begin to wonder around the store waiting. I touched a display phone and the alarm begins blaring. My 3 year old begins crying because the beeping noise is so loud. He doesn’t even move or say anything about the beeping. I asked him if he could turn it off as if is only able to be disabled by an employee and my three year old is obviously unhappy by the loud blaring noise. He says nothing and I wait. Finally when it was my turn he rolled his eyes as I approached. I gave him my number but I was there for my daughters phone. He asked me her number so I look it up on my phone, as I’m looking up the number he walks off to greet and talk with another customer. He said nothing to me as I stood there ready to give him the number. I waited like 3-5 minutes and asked if he was the only person working because his customer service sucks and if he is the only person there I want his name to report him to his boss. He tells me to leave the store leaving both customers and walks to the back saying nothing to the customer he left. So unprofessional and sickening that classless and rude people hold jobs working with paying customers. I hope AT&T can find better employees in the future and train them on customer service.

I wish I would have seen these reviews before I foolishly bought my iPhone from here. I've always bought from Apple. I was lied to and rushed. After being an ATT customer since 2008. Stay away. Don't do it. This place needs to brush up on training and customer service. The gal here who I believe runs the place is a great sales girl. Wouldn't even know she's selling you, but lies. Straight lies to your face. And if she wasn't lying she was unaware of true delivery times and not knowing and telling your customers something in my opinion is just as bad as lying. Then when I picked up my phone I was rushed out of the store. All in all HORRIBLE.

I think the "employees" at this location are being forced to work. I even considered to call the Authorities to help, but they didn't seem to want to be helped. Don't waste your time going to this place to get help. I would've given them zero star if it was possible.

We loved the expertise, friendliness, happy attitude & excellent customer care of Steven. He knew what he was doing. He was patient, gave us & each customer he helped his full attention. He knew what he was doing & talking about. Very smart, quick to suggest & helped through & through. He asked for help from his coworker for clarification & confirmation. He was great! Loved his attitude! Great personality! Awesome customer care!

First off I wish I can give my representative and the store both five stars Nicole was so goal orientated and persistent to helping me just all around. Great experience will definitely be a long-term customer.

Great customer service!! Nicole the store manager helped my wife and I out with purchasing 2 new phones which we couldn't be any happier with! Glad we stopped in and were able to have such a great experience! Thank you!!!
