Wow! First time I have been treated like crappo at any Big Lots! Minor money issue but BIG PRINCIPLE issue! I had a 20percent this week so purchases a cute little solar bee and patio table for pick up. Next day it says pick up ready so off I go! Apparently my cutie bee was not available...bummer...but okay still want the table. I get to the store and decide to go look for the lady bug instead. To my surprise there sits THREE BEES on the end cap ! I go to pickup *Another story!* checkout I tell him it says the bee isn't available but IT IS and I wanted to add it back to my pick up order. He said since they already cancelled it that wasn't possible.....noooo biggie... USUALLY! I asked him if he could still honor the 20percent since it really was available and I hadn't picked up my table yet. He said a FIRM NOPE! ???? really?? I obviously ordered it...someone was too busy on a cigarette break then to check the end caps....and now they wont even honor it? I took my table with attitude....yea ATTITUDE because I have never had Big Lots not own a mistake and fix it! There was not a single other person in line...I was there late...so he could have easily honored my 20percent. They can BUZZ OFF and keep that stupid bee now! I went to a DIFFERENT Big Lots and got bought the lady bug to bring me luck that lady bugs do! Yes children... I am 63 so I can have "Old Ladies" solar creatures on my patio! Buzzing off til later yelpers! *Pick up -- STINKS at Big Lots! WHY do you have to wait through the line to pick up an item you order online to AVOID THE LINES!?? Rethink it CEO'S!!

Jill was absolutely amazing! we came in just to get some dog toys and ended up finding a couch we love! she gave us all of the info and deals, we will definitely be back to get that couch! thank you Jill you rock!

My husband and I purchased a couch from this location yesterday and they were able to deliver it a few hours after we bought it, which was amazing!!! The couch is comfy and beautiful!! We are very happy with it! Stephen (the associate who helped us) was phenomenal! He was so kind and helpful and didn’t try to “play games” with us. He was straight forward, honest, and answered all our questions. It was a pleasure working with him, truly. He was awesome from start to finish and definitely deserves to be recognized for his hard work! We are very thankful that Stephen was the salesman we worked with and plan to return to purchase more items from this location because of his top notch customer service. I wish all salesmen were like Stephen!!! Please recognize him!!

Your inventory is not what is used to be. Things that I always looked forward to purchasing at Bigots are not I. Stock and haven't been since the pandemic. Vefh disappointing.

I like the variety of items and all the choices, clothes, furniture, snack items, etc.. Great deals and sometimes you find a one of a kind have to have.
