This might be the worst gas station in the valley. The clerks are rude and cannot do their jobs, and something is always broken. I drive 5 minutes out of my way to avoid this gas station. You should too

Enough us enough! I have been coming here for 8 years and while some of the staff is newer there are still familiar faces. Someone needs to re-evaluate the training these employees have received. For example - 9 times out of 10, after standing in line for 5 minutes or more - with ONE person ahead of me!! While preparing to pay for my purchase, allmost all of the different staff members (on separate occasions of course) look at me like a deer in headlights before they finally realize that they need to hit a button to allow me to use my card. This is honestly just the tip of the iceberg in my opinion. There seems to be a lack of hustle, consideration for others time, and efficiency in this staffs training. I have honestly put back my items far to many times in previous visits after waiting almost 10+ min in line while being backed up to the entrance. This is not convenient but a prime location in my commute. It would be one thing if the staff would acknowledge the wait, however instead I have left feeling like the inconvenience far too many times!I mean nothing other than constructive criticism, please do what you will with this information. However I will be going taking my business elsewhere.

Tried to reload a card here. When I was waiting in line I saw the customer in front of me storm off agitated with the old lady behind the counter, didn't think much of it until I got to the counter. Asked her to reload a card for me. She said she had never seen the card before. I told her I get it reloaded at circle k's often... she asked me "how do they do it?" I told her well I'm not really sure what process takes place on the other side of the counter, but I believe it should be just like loading any other card... she said so they didn't tell you how to do it? Once again I said no, why would they? I asked if the guy behind the other counter would know how to do this, and she simply refused to even ask. Said she has worked there for seven years, so she would know better than anyone and therefore REFUSED to even consider asking if the other employee could help... Im leaving this interaction pretty annoyed. Can't help but wonder if the guy in front of me had a similar experience? Lol

Every morning I used to come in and get iced tea before work but ever since they got the new manager ( who doesn't seem to care about the place at all) there is never iced tea made! I've asked nicely many times if they could make it in the morning but he just doesn't seem to care so now I go to a different location.

Place is a joke .. some good people in there .. but even the manager seems like he hates his job.. fire him and let him be happy. I'm not joking either. Respectfully he doesn't seem like he wants to be there (the morning manager on Thursdays) .. I left the store feeling monotone. No enthusiasm.. I can find 5 bums off the corner that would smile every day and be Taoist they have the opportunity. Aside from that if he is happy keep him, he did his job correctly, just not welcoming at all

The customer service at this location is absolutely horrible! Over the past 10 years, my wife and I always fill up here with our Fry's rewards points. Numerous times, their "systems will be down" and we've made our peace with that. Today, while we were mid pump, our gas pump malfunctioned. We were receiving 90 cents off per gallon and had 13 more gallons to go. I went inside and the cashier was very friendly, but she had to get her supervisor, as she wasn't familiar with what to do. Her supervisor came out with an attitude and said, "there's nothing I can do." I insisted that there must be something and she stormed off. Then a tall gentleman in street clothes came out and just stood in front of me without introducing himself. I then asked if he was the manager and he said, yes. I explained the situation and he then very meekly said there's nothing he could do. I asked if I could hang up the pump, then restart and asked if they could credit me 90 cents off per gallon. He said, (with zero concern in his voice), "pumps malfunction all of the time, nothing I can do." I said, "no, nothing you will do." He then informed me this was above his pay grade. Oh really? So you're the store manager and you're not authorized to give a discount based on store error? Horrible guest service and if the owners are as bad as their employees and managers, I truly hope that this review costs them tons of business. Learn how to treat people when you screw up or else you'll learn what it's like to lose business!

I stop here almost every morning for coffee and like the morning staff. I don’t usually go there in the afternoon so I don’t know the daytime staff but when I stopped this afternoon to get a bag of ice the lady working there named Helen was very rude, when I asked her if they had any ice left when she could’ve just given me a simple no instead she had an attitude from the start. Probably won’t be going back to this Circle K.

Its just a normal gas station to me. But the lady at the counter overcharged me for a hot dog. Not a big deal didn’t notice it until i had already payed but doesn’t make me want to regularly come here. I could be wrong but maybe if she didn’t have headphones in at the middle of the day she could focus more.

Yvonne is the most pleasant and friendly employee here! She's welcoming and kind! She greets you with a smile and makes you feel like family. They always have my Sprite Zero stocked!

Guy working this evening should be retrained in customer service because I don't believe he knows what it is. Saw him pretty much throw change back at some kid and didn't even apologize then could care less about anyone else. Guy was more preoccupied with going to talk to his coworker in the back

The nice lady tonight was so helpful. To bad the daytime workers are not like her. She did her best to fix the hot chocolate machine but it was really broken. The store wasn't busy so while she tried to repair it we chatted. This store is lucky to have her. I,didn't catch her name but that place was so clean unlike the store closer to my home. I,will now make that my late night stop
