I got a great phone for a great price, but I couldn't find a phone number to confirm they even had it. They were super busy, but dead when I finally got my phone. The gentleman handed me my paperwork and told me to check out, then the cashier handed me my paperwork without saying anything as if I inherently knew that I needed to go to the cage. Someone at the cage took my paperwork and receipts and mumbled something, but I absolutely could not get him to repeat himself. He told the next guy to return to the phone kiosk, so I raced him. I finally got my phone and a random employee insisted on checking my receipt before I got in line to have my receipt checked.I really should have been able to do this online in my pajamas in 2021 during a global pandemic.

Be warned. One of the guys said that initial fees of mine and my wife's service will be waived. But only mine got waived. I spoke to the guy about this three times and promised accordingly. Well I gave up speaking to them eventually. Ever since then, I don't speak to them.

Apparently if you need to make an exchange, you can only do it at the Costco wireless kiosk where you bought the phone. You cannot exchange it at any other Costco.

Worst service from Brandon Costco Wireless Center. I got an iphone in July with a 200 cash back offer. Till now i have not recieved the cash card. When ever I visit i only get a information that they will escalate to wireless center manager. Pathetic service.

Huge waste of time. merchandise pickup handed me the wrong phone after purchase and triggered a long convoluted process and hours of waiting at the store to swap order for the right phone. Seriously!

The salesman was very nice. He helped my husband and I finally switch to smartphones, something we've been putting off for years. So far so good. I'm really glad that he took the time to help us transition over. It was a pleasant experience.

Exceptional service! I cringe at the thought of walking into a Verizon store, but the guys in Costco were absolutely great! The best thing about the whole experience was that they genuinely wanted to help me reduce my bill. They weren't trying to force me into an expensive plan or phone just to make an extra buck like the regular store does every time I'm in there. It was a breathe of fresh air and I promised to recommend them, so here I am! Shop here!! You won't be dissapointed

I usually shop at my local Verizon store but I heard that Costco members can purchase phones at a discount through them. So I decided to stop by and ask some questions about what they offer and WOW, have I been missing out. Not only was it low pressure, but I was able to get free accessories and Costco cash cards for all of my phones. They actually took the time to SAVE me money on my plan. They weren't trying to put me in a plan that I didn't need or want. I would definitely recommend purchasing phones through these guys. It's for Costco members only, but even if you're not a member, you can recoup your membership fee in one purchase through them. 5 Stars!!
