They don't complete returns on accessories nor can you upgrade and get another phone without going through a 3rd party. They need to make processes easier to benefit their customers vs their company.

Went in for a upgrade on a XR and I paid $25 for the whole set up which was nice since I am financing. And Aitza added insurance on my phone which is $8.00 and I just paid my phone bill and she didn’t care to inform me that my service was going to get disconnected because she added insurance and now I had to pay $33.00 for a $8.00 mistake she didn’t add to the $25.00!I called customer service since I woke up with phones disconnected and I told them I was not going to pay $25 because my phone was disconnected on their fault and they said they couldn’t do anything for me.I’ve been with Cricket for 10 years and they really couldn’t refund me $25 for their mistake and I used to work for Cricket! Honestly don’t waste your time and get this carrier they scam a lot and can careless for their current customers. If you don’t know how to do your own job don’t do it at all Aitza.

The staff here are very kind, very helpful and I'm in there a lot learning to use my new phone. I can but what I need or get assistance with kindness and professionalism. I've texted the owner to let him know as well. This store is the best store I've been to and I've had cricket for at least 15 to 20 years. My favorite employee is Carlos but all of them are amazing. I recommend you go to this store for true professional service.

I bought a phone on Monday and every time I got a call it would shut down and restart so after work on Friday I drove back to the store (which is about 45 mins away from me) and was going to return it but the girl working that day (she had super long fake nails) said she was just filling in and could not do the return and if she did she could be charged for the phone and I would have to come back on Saturday. So on Saturday I drove back out to the store and Ivon was very helpful and returned the phone for me.

Parker is awesome. I bought a new phone, had some software issues with it and he went above and beyond to make it right, even staying late. The district manager isn't the greatest are cares nothing about customers though. I won't go to any other store now as long as Parker is there.
