BE EXTRA CAREFUL WHAT YOU BUY HERE. Went in today (9/27/23)to buy a drink and a hostess snack for my lunch break. Once I was back in my car I realized the snack was hard, checked the date: DECEMBER 5 2022. YIKES, I understand some stuff slips through the cracks but 10 months old is unreal.

AVOID this location. They take an eternity to answer their phones, and you better be in line at least five minutes before they close because if you have to wait at all and get to the counter or the drive-through and it turns 6 PM, they will close that window so fast and don't care that you were in line. Then they all leave and are out that pharmacy door literally by 6:01 PM. and when people complain that they were there in time, the employees including the pharmacy manager just say " we close at 6, go to a different one." this happened to me more than once, and one of the times, the manager didn't even look at us as she said that and walked out. It is just dumbfounding how much they don't seem to care about the customers.

this pharmacy chooses to close whenever they want, leaving the customers with medicine stuck there even though the store is open. staff wouldn't acknowledged sledge me waiting for minutes and then wouldn't help transfer it, or do anything. if you don't want to work, don't get a job. if you're going to close early maybe put a sign up on the door, or anywhere, rather than just locking up in the middle of the day.

I noticed that this particular pharmacy is always out of certain prescriptions when other pharmacies I have gone to hardly have this issue. I understand logistics of it all but, I feel that they should have a least some back up prescriptions just in case. It sucks that I would have to go on two days without my medication. Especially when I am told, via automated voice message, that it will be ready within the next day of my order. While my case is not all that bad, I cannot help but wonder for other people who have major issues. I often wonder how they would feel if they ran out of prescription and then they drive all the way to this pharmacy only to be told "oh by the way, we don't have your medication ready yet" when the automated message would state otherwise. I might have to choose a different pharmacy that has better inventory practices. No shade. The people are nice, they just need a better inventory system.

30 minutes in a drive through. Only 3rd car in line. Their service is slow and only getting worse. I hate to see these stores closing but I'm not surprised why they are. Do better! When I pulled up to the window employees are socializing. What gives?

One of the worst run pharmacies I have ever experienced. Often times they won't answer the pharmacy phone. I spent 45 minutes on hold after being hung up on three times by the system after waiting for 15 minutes each time. I even called the store manager and was put on hold for 30 minutes. They will close the drive through right in front of your eyes, lowering the screen as you sit there. They never seem to have enough staffing. Pharmacy staff is not friendly.the store management and CVS should be ashamed.

Just one more reason why I switched my RX business to Walgreens. I woke up with Pink eye today. Minute clinic was spot on, 5 minute wait for a virtual appointment. Kudos. An RX was ordered and filled apparently, I was never contacted. I had to call them. If 24 hours go by before I can go back to work, time is crucial. I called CVS, yup an RX was ready for pick up.At the drive up window, I asked when it was filled. It had been filled more than an hour ago-no call no text. "You are signed up for calls" and "The call system has a glitsch". Great, thanks CVS. I had been a CVS customer for over 10 years, the service level declined. I get "Covid" let's build back up and train people to give good service. It's not that hard-I thought.

We get our perscriptions at CVS. The only issue we have had a few times is when the doctor up the milligrams of medication abd CVS does not delete to old perscription. The pharmacist is told of the error and we are told they fixed it but it happens again the next month. After 3 months this problem was finally fixed.

Unfortunately my usual CVS pharmacy off Southern & Dobson has not had a medication in stock & I've been waiting a month. It was finally transferred to this location- and I am extremely frustrated with the lack of professionalism, follow up & legitimate operating hours. My script was transferred 24 hours ago. After not hearing back, I called to confirm it was processed & ready for pickup before driving 30+ minutes out of the way to the next city. It was certainly ready (with no indication or follow up before I called to ask) right before the rep tells me: "pick up before 6pm we close in 10 minutes"... what?! I asked why the hours differ at this location because EVERY resource lists 8pm as closing time. She very rudely snaps back "it's been this way for two years so you should know the hours". Excuse me?! I even went to double check the website, app & called the pharmacy back on another line to hear their recording with hours listed: it blatantly states 8pm, not two hours early at 6! Which is entirely inconvenient for anyone who works normal hours during the day/week. They already close for an hour at lunch in the middle of the day. How is anyone supposed to get there without taking time off work?I am not thrilled I have to go visit during their apparently self-made appropriate hours tomorrow. Medications aren't something you screw your customers on picking up so this left a really bad taste in my mouth after the hassle of already having to have it transferred after a month wait. And after the way the rep spoke to me on the phone, I don't have high hopes I'm going to be met with a nice experience upon FINALLY trying to pick up. The healthcare system is one aspect, but I shouldn't have to jump through hoops with a disgruntled pharmacy tech to get an answer or the medication I need on time. Her attitude was awful & she could have cared less about helping. And shame on CVS for not posting or advising of these alternate hours- claiming you have a sign up at the pharmacy counter doesn't help if I'm not standing there, nor would I have appreciated the hour round-trip drive to see that indication in person having to walk away & come back when you feel like being open to the public. Pretty sure I'm going to look into switching to Walgreens, now. No one deserves to be addressed like this, especially when they're literally trying to obtain required medical scripts. There may be issues with personnel & management- but the customers should not be the ones having to sacrifice & eat the aftermath.

If I could give no stars, I would. Dr. Camille and the tech, Emily were rude, condescending and absolutely unprofessional. Their lack of empathy and compassion was not acceptable. We will be transferring all of our family’s medications elsewhere. There is an issue EVERY SINGLE TIME we try to fill our sons’ medications at this location. It has caused our family undue stress and frustration. There needs to be a real overhaul of the pharmacy management. The only pharmacist who has the ability to make it work is Sonja. Camille told me to come back in 30 minutes for a medicine that showed “ready for pick up” in the app and another medicine that I had been called that was “ready or pick up.” When I came back hours later, neither medication was ready and one magically “expired while sittingu on the shelf” in the time between 2:30-4pm. It seemed like retaliation for being called into accountability for questioning the pharmacist’s intentions.

Here we are again… go to pick up my sons script that the doctor sent over 8+hours ago… shocking they don’t have it even close to ready and then informed me that there is an issue with the script and the doctor will need to send a new one over. This is literally every single month of an ongoing medication. Same hassle every single month.

The customer service At the pharmacy at this location was horrible on my recent visit. When I picked up my prescriptions I explained to the technician behind the counter that the name that popped up on the kiosk was not my name nor was it my email to send the receipt to. When I tried to tell this to her she said I would have to step to the pick up counter and speak to someone else. I certainly hope that there isn't any kind of HIPAA violation because wrong names or email addresses have been shared. and there were no less than 10 people in line so to have to stand in that line was not going to fit into my schedule for the evening.

What do they think everybody works from home? Who has hours 10am-6pm? That's inconsiderate of them to change to those hours and on top of that online it still says 8:00am-10:00pm at least update the online hours too. Now i have to take off time from work to just be able to pick up my medication cause these people don't work to work and want to go home early. Why even have a pharmacy in the first place. Should've chose Walgreens from the beginning.

Just go to Walgreens. I don’t know why I keep giving CVS so many chances. They have literally never had my prescriptions ready on time. And not only are they not on time, but they usually end up taking days instead of the few hours that my doctor told me they would take. On top of that they never know what they have in stock and they always end up getting things wrong. The pharmacist have always been very kind and have tried to be helpful. But for some reason there’s something wrong with their system and prescriptions just never seem to be ready.
