I was in a hurry but I needed to buy an item and as I was walking up to a self checkout machine a member offered to help me. I was surprised the team member offered to help me since the self checkout was not busy. She had great customer service & a positive attitude and I’m glad she decided to help me. I recommend this CVS location and I’m sure you will feel the same way.

CVS overall is a terrible company. I am sorry to write this review because the practitioners at this place are amazing, however the way CVS treats their patients on the billing and customer support is horrific, dishonest and unethical. I called to dispute a charge due to the practitioner verbally telling me that CVS clinic is out of the scope of what I needed and that I wasn't going to get charged. CVS however unilaterally decided in their billing department that I was going to get billed. I called to get explanation and dispute the charges however, the only thing they mentioned over and over is that the decision was already made and there was nothing else to do, I kept asking for reasonable evidence to settle this and they couldn't not provide logical arguments, other than you were there. finally after I kept insisting they just decided to hung up on me.

They are the absolute worst. I just witnessed a car go to the drive thru at 1:15, no one helped them or addressed them as a line forms, and then at 1:35 come over and say they close for lunch at 1:30. So apparently they just can’t muster up the energy to work until 1:30, they stop at 1:15 let everyone sit there and then say sorry once lunch hits. It was almost comical. I guess that’s one way to get a longer lunch.

Nurse Tammy at the Minute clinic took great care of me. I had done in to get a test and she took the time to run an exam on me like I was at my normal PCP. Was friendly and knowledgeable. Really appreciated her.

Went in for a covid booster. Online scheduling was simple. Pharmacist checked us in was kind and informative. Kimberly gave me and my husband the shot. It was painless. She answered our questions. This CVS is clean and full of awesome employees.

Always a problem with this pharmacy, it’s like they don’t communicate with ANYONE. Not the doctors, not the patients. Called in a prescription this time and it took me GOING IN TO GET IT to tell me it was out of stock. The manager Katie has absolutely 0 customer service skills and does not want to help at all, and she trains her staff the same way. The Pharm tech Allie pretty much implied it was my problem now and just stared at me blankly until I asked for a manager. There’s like 5 pharmacy techs there at a time and things never get done. Something needs to change here

I am perplexed by the number of negative reviews of this pharmacy. I have been using it for years for regular and one-off medications and have always had the plesent expierience of competent staff who have always been on my side and not the insurances. My first expierience here I tried to pay on the CVS app and then go pick it up, and when it didn't work, the called IT on the spot and got them to manually fix my account and made up my percription (granted they were common diabeates supplies) on the spot. Its hard to ask for much more from people who are slaves to the broken system in this country.

Highly recommend taking prescriptions somewhere else seeing as this is the third time I am picking up prescriptions and they aren't open on time. It's really inconvenient and inconsiderate when you are waiting at the time displayed to get your items and they are all chilling inside still setting up. Maybe you should have the staff come in at 8am so they can open on time.

I was just in this store and a had great costumer experience. Went in to get an vaccine not covered by my insurance. The store Costumer Concierge really did some research to help me pay a lower price. While I was in line to pay she even pointed out a Maricopa County site were I could get the shot for a lower price. Really appreciated that she effort she put in.

Always always always have to wait-prescriptions are either not right, not ready or never received. I’m typing this as I’m waiting at their drive thru window. They we’re supposed to open 15 minutes ago and the staff still hasn’t arrived. THE REST OF THE WORLD WOULD BE FIRED! What’s up CVS?

Due to my insurance I had to switch to CVS to get my prescriptions at a reasonable rate. I have PTSD, staying consistent with my medication is critical for my mental wellbeing. With this medication it requires through the insurance that I get a 90 day supply which is not Walgreens policy. Its now become this back and forth with my provider and CVS to get my prescription straight. I'm now 7 days late on my medication. I'm going to go in AGAIN today and get this resolved.Due to these ridiculous issues I'm going to look to see if I have other options to get my prescriptions.

Terrible experience all around. Bad customer service, pharmacy tech straight up lies to your face and withholds crucial information on your life sustaining medications. Will be switching pharmacies as soon as possible.
