Recently every time I've went inside this dollar tree, they're typically out of stock on a lot of items. I always find myself needing to go somewhere else or to a different location. The store itself is also pretty messy, however, the employees have always been nice and seem to greet everyone who comes in.

If you are looking to explore a poorly managed retail store then look no further. The store is in taters with empty boxes, mops, and other miscellaneous obstacles chaotically placed to make your typical shopping experience atypical. Pro tip! Make sure you stay out of Lances way as in his panic to help 1 customer he nearly tackled another customer in his frantic approach to customer service. The store managers here likely are underpaid or need to step aside and allow competent people in charge.

My wife & I needed a few small necessities & stopped into the store at Power/Ray. I was immediately greeted by Janice a very friendly cashier who directed me to the aisle where I'd find what I was looking for. What a joy it was to get her help!

Wow, I don't even know how to put into words how rude and disgusting the manager (Lance) is. He treated the customer in front of us and the employee working the cash register horrendously. The cash register stopped scanning the customers items and Lance was called over to "help". Immediately he started rolling his eyes and sighing at both the customer and his employee. He blamed it on the employee, and began yanking stuff from the customer's cart. He completely ignored the customer who was asking if she could help. He walked away after leaving us all in shock. After she checked us out we asked if she was ok, and she said he was always acting like that and she was sick of it. As we were walking out, she told him she quit. Lance told her she couldn't leave until she cashed out, so they took her drawer into an office, where we could hear him speaking very loudly. We decided to wait until the employee came out to make sure she was okay. Meanwhile, Lance's ridiculous behavior left ONE employee at the registers with a line going almost to the back of the store. That kid deserves a raise and a better boss.

I have traveled to this location a handful of times. EVERY TIME I go this is the appearance of this specific location. The aisles always have over loaded u-bouts (customers are left to push out of the way to get to products they desire), dirty / smelly, the employees do not even attempt to fake a smile or say hi (Lance in particular was extremely rude to multiple customers while I shopped, including myself).This location seriously needs to step up the appearance and customer service skills.

Lance the guy really made the store for me. His masculine aura made me feel emotions I haven’t felt since 9/11. If I can shake his hand I would, but I’m too shy and I have bad social anxiety, once I go through more therapy sessions I might have the courage.

Super super dirty store From the moment you come in you can tell no one sweeps the place Store is in a nice neighbor hood and they keep it so trashy.

Dirtiest, most unorganized store I have ever seen. Product laying on the floors, shelves nearly empty. And forget the Women's restroom--the most filthy place you will see. Do not change your baby's diaper there. New management is obviously long overdue. Adriana, the front checkout clerk, was very kind and pleasant. I feel sorry for her that she works in a store like this.

After many years, I decided to treat myself to a new set of towels and purchased 6 towels and a set of matching washcloths for a total of $21. After the first use, the bath towel began to shred as I dried off. I decided to return the defective merchandise when felt fortunate that I said yes after the clerk asked if I wanted a receipt. Upon trying to return them I was advised only exchanges were available and that information was posted at the bottom of the receipt. The only solution was to drive around with $21 worth of towels waiting for the right moment and need for $21 worth of dollar tree merchandise which would not happen in the course of my lifetime. I spoke to Steven who advised he was "just the manager" and would give me a number to his corporate office. Meanwhile he offered to call his Regional Manager. While on hold with corporate, Steven was able to reach his manager, Xandria who offered a refund THIS time but to be aware this would not happen again. I advised that there would not be a next time in which she said, "that's perfectly your right". I advised I advised this policy information is not posted anywhere else in the store and is not mentioned at checkout. She said "she is "just the regional manager" and not in charge if policy. Not once did anyone say that the situation was unfortunate of show an ounce of empathy. Upon receiving the refund I informed Steven that Xandria indicated the policy was posted on the door and in the store. When I advised him he said, "it used to be posted near the cash register. I don't know what happened to it. I was in executive management my entire career. The fact that employees are not empowered to take ownership is a sign off outdated leadership. Additionally, the store is in a state of disarray. I need to save money as much as any other consumer. However this is an unacceptable policy in a day and age of service being the only differentiater.
