I have been a customer for over a year, noticed my rate has since then over doubled. So i just wanted to see if any promos to make it cheaper. Alejandro saw an opportunity to not only help me save on my monthly bill but do it in a way that benefits me and the company. Thanks again man. We had an easy set up for our storage unit. Alejandro was the manager, who handled everything and answered any questions we had. He was polite took time to explain the contract .We started the set up online and had contact a few times prior to expain our arrival. We were shone the unit we were renting before signing the contact. The office,hallways & unit were well maintained and clean. Ours was a smaller unit, 2nd fl. We used the elevator & they had carts to move our stuff. Security camera were everywhere & coded entre.

I encountered Alejandro 2 weeks ago and he was kind enough to assist me when above and beyond the Call of Duty very personable very kind young man Extra Space Storage did it right by hiring this one he is someone who goes above and beyond the Call of Duty it does it with a sincere smile on his face.
