Steve & lead pharmacist are the rudest people I've ever delt with, there costumer service sucks, there attitude sucks, they pick and chose who they want to be nice to, my dr called in and said in 30 years she's never been spoken to like the way Steve did to her, they never have medication ready or are giving issues when trying to fill Steve purposely sent in a script to my insurance 6 times in 1 day just so it would be flagged I had to call insurance for them to explain why my meds wernt going through and the lead pharmacist if she would have just taking the time on her computer to look she would have seen this and could have easily fixed it but instead called me a problem and flagged me! When confronting her that all this was there fault never even got an apology and another tech told me call corporate on them right infront of her I've used this pharmacy for 6 years never had an issue until past 6 months when 2 new lead pharmacist started there never have I been so disrespect & treated so horrible like I was yesterday

Black lady bagging groceries was too busy talking to tye cashier about her court cases to bag all my groceries. Only handed me 3 out of the 4 bags and was the next day before I caught it. Receipt was unreadable due to low ink, no way to get refund. Why do we give these people jobs if they cant do them? Even a simple task. Take groceries, put them in a bag and hand them to customer ??

Went in to the deli they have all old people working, they had a line of about 6 customers and I waited 20 minutes and in those 20 minutes they only attended one customer.

I've been going here since I was in elementary school over 20 years ago. In the last two years, this location has seriously declined in customer service, tidyness, product availability, and convenience. I feel like a burden whenever I ask employees for help finding items that they've moved to "refresh" the store. I go out of my way to drive to the Higley/Baseline Fry's marketplace because they're always so happy and friendly there, and they always have what I need.

The pharmacy staff are incredibly judgemental and passive aggressive. I was given a prescription from my doctor that was 5 days early and the doctor had ok'd the refill because my prescriptions were lost in the move to Tempe.After a few days I noticed I was feeling very sick and not myself at all. Come to find out that without this medicine (that they refused to fill even though they filled 3 off my other medications early) I am at a high seizure risk without it. After explaining my situation to the pharmacy team they all looked at me like I was a drug seeker and ignored my questions.I had to go 5 days in terrible withdrawals even though the doctor has ok'd the medicine to be filled immediately.I was blown away because it's one thing if I had a history of this and they had some reason to believe I was lying, but this is a first time for me.I was finally able to pick it up today and was met with judgemental looks before finally being allowed to pay for my medication. Just a terrible experience and to be automatically assumed you're drug seeking without even listening to me blew my mind. I sincerely hope this doesn't happen to anyone else!

The butcher had a attitude I ask another kid he was trying but the butcher didn't want to help us I told the kid don't worry about it but thx you for trying to get what we wanted but the butcher didn't want to help us ok it's kool but the girl at the check out counter was REALLY REALLY HELPFUL and polite so for the kid and the girl I'll give them 5 star's

Showed up at 7pm to pick up my order. Was told it would not be ready for 40 more min. Went home and returned 45 min later, sat for 10 min and then was told I wouldn’t be able to pick my order up today. Horrible customer service. I’ll have to give Bashas a try next. They still take care of the customer.

I'm sorry but when you don't feel well but they want your driver's license number, social security number, address because thru can't scan an ID yeah never going back that's stupid let's go full digital people that's smart.
