Most un-friendly, intimidating, Loud and horrible African American night manager(lady) at this Fry's store where I had to reach out to get redress on my medicine purchased with incorrect count (short by average 20 pills per prescription). This manager started yelling in loudly about what action I should take to get my medicine.She had the nerve to say "I don't care if you are even the President" ... You have to call the Fry's corporate phone line to complain about the pharmacy. I don't care if you get the medicine or not.. when I said till such time Fry's Corporate investigate the matter, how do I get the my medicine for hypertension and heart condition.This store has been our store for 3 years and this is first time I had to deal with a Customer Service manager of this nature.Fry's management ! ... please send her for a good customer relation training ... I don't want to step into that store till they have a responsible and friendly manager who would listen to the customer.Imagine my situation : I have no way to get my medicine refilled when they run the Insurance, it reports that I was issued medicine.It has happened on three drugs I take (Metaprolol, Losartan Pottasium...

I want to give the good review for Stacy Stacy bagged a great deal of groceries for me and my wife and she bagged it so perfectly not to crush any bread or anything I'd never seen someone bag grocery so perfectly efficiently and fast I would always go to this location because of Stacy.

Woke up this morning and the fuel was raised .24 cents overnight. They don't get it. They follow the circle K across the street on pricing. I do not understand why. It's a joke. Kroger is the worst. They are price gouging everyone. Thank God the regulators stepped in to at the very least to stop the merger with Albertsons and Safeway. Go to Ray and Lindsay and pay $2.89 per gallon, .40 cent difference.

Customer service has always been very helpful. This morning I ordered a mobile order from Starbucks for myself and another person, then they told me they didn't want it. Starbucks could not refund my mobile order, so they sent me to customer service, which I didn't really think could solve my problem. She was able to give me a refund for the unwanted drink! Super awesome, as always.

I really like this fry's location. The store is laid out well which makes it easy to find what you need. The cashiers and courtesy clerks are friendly and efficient. Plus, it's in the same plaza as my vape shop!

Went there for a few things and got a lot. Bought mostly what was on sale. Great selection of lunch meats. I noticed that some items there are less of now. I was buying items that I had heard might be in short supply. It was correct. I did find the items, but the prices have gone up. Clean store, friendly staff, the check out lady shared a little to much (that Time of the month and needed new pants). I could have done without hearing that. But since I am an elderly woman I guess that she thought it was OK to share. Not really what I wanted to hear about in a grocery store.. She was nice other than that.

What a JOKE!! Called this store 3 times just to ask if they had a certain baby formula in stock and the first time get put on hold for 10 minutes and I can hear everything and everyone in the background so I hang up finally and call back a second time only to be put on hold yet again but with some lovely music this time and waited another 6 minutes before getting hung up on! Third time I called I asked to speak to a manager when the prompt asked me what I was calling for and as soon as it rang to transfer me over it went straight to music and then hung up! Idk who is working the phones in that store or what the problem is but all I needed to know was one simple thing before I went out of my way to go to this location! Honestly how hard is it really to check real quick if you have an item in stock or not?!? I love fry’s but this location sucks!

The DELI CLOSES ALL THE TIME. Every time I come here they have the deli closed. Last time they said it was just that day, now they did it again. Cant depend on them. Meanwhile the saff stands around complaining

I’ve been going here since 2004. They remodeled a few times, it just keeps getting better each time. I have low vision, it helps me that I know the store from memory, until they remodel again. Hehehe.
