Last night I saw the front end manager, Matt, go above and beyond for a customer. Matt assisted an elderly customer as they were having trouble with their card for payment. Matt was so patient and kind as he helped her multiple times to try and make the payment, and was reassuring the whole time as she became anxious with the situation. Matt was able to ease her concerns and help her get the situation resolved with a sincere act of kindness. After she left, his humbleness about the situation as he continued to make small talk and bag my groceries, though it's probably well outside the scope of his responsibilities, was almost equally as impressive.

Fry’s fried chicken used to be my favorite although a little bit salty, but they changed their recipe or meat quality and turned their food to be a disaster. It should be name “dried chicken”, surely was made from frozen chicken for years. But the most annoying point is the attitude of the guy who serve me this. He is so rude that I regretted ordering from him. Please check your food quality and your customer service. I will try another Fry not this one on W Wanner, Gilbert

Why is this location so rude. Fry’s is known for their friendly staff this location sucks. Every time I go to the deli the guy working is so unpleasant and is rude. Today I call the pharmacy the chick who answered the phone was rude . Completely over you guys I will be going to valvista from now on. Only reason why I gave it two stars is because every cashier I ever encountered has always been friendly. Fix your pharmacy and deli!!! They clearly don’t want to work for you.

Beware they leave the fat cap on their tri tip. After trimming you are left with 2/3 of what u paid for.

This frys does not rotate inventory at all. Been to this location three times and all three times I got home and realized some items were expired by days and some weeks. Yesterday was the last straw as three items were expired. Must be pure laziness. Don’t shop at this location unless you check every single item you purchase for an expiration date. I will be contacting corporate also because the customer service at this location is terrible.

Came into Fry's today made a gentleman named Emmanuel very polite young man very friendly very kind it's good to see fry's hiring nice people. Keep up with the excellent job Emmanuel I'll start shopping more at this price

I'm so disatisfied with Fry's right now. I shop there all the time, but I think I'm going to stay away for a while. They are short staffed. The employees that are there now are always complaining. One of the clerks there was complaining that all the baggers had quit. They have lack of personality. No one says hello. The deli department is extremely slow. They run out of items they advertise and no one seems to know when they're getting their next shipment. You get "I don't know" answers. You can't find someone to help you unless you go to their customer service counter which isn't much help either. It's just frustrating.

If I could rate a zero, trust me I would. This Frys has slowly declined in the last five years. Not only is it nearly impossible to navigate your cart down the aisles (because having 10 different displays for the same item makes sense, right?) but I have had to bag MY OWN groceries the last three times I was there. If I wanted to bag groceries I’d work at a grocery store. But guess what? I don’t. AND when I was bagging my own groceries several people walked by as if I chose to do so. No. No I did not. My mom stopped going to this Frys about six months ago and I couldn’t understand why, but now? I totally get it. Such a shame. I really loved this Frys and had been going here for years but after today, I’m done.

Their pharmacy always opens late. Always. It's ridiculous. By the time I get to the drive through at 9:30am half an hour after they're supposed to be open, the sign says closed. Absolutely unacceptable.

Only came here for a quick trip, went to self checkout and being the only colored person in the self checkout area, the older white employee that was working went right next to me as soon as my white husband walked away because he forgot something and was literally right next to me not giving me the 6 feet COVID distance that's required, stated on the doors as soon as you walk in, and was pretending to play with donuts on the side aisle right next to my register. So if you want to be followed by racists employees, this store is great for that.

Today instead of shopping at Walmart like I normally do I went here and it was the best grocery shopping experience I have had in years. I did not feel rushed or stressed walking around the store, I actually enjoyed myself which never happens when grocery shopping. I was able to find everything I needed and when it was time to check out I had an actual human being who was helpful, knowledgeable and fast. Also, I had assistance from a second person to help bag my groceries in addition to making sure I got my baby's formula immediately, during the checkout process. Thank you Fry's for the dedication to your customers I will be back from now on! #BoycottWalmart

I like to give 5 stars to this location to highlight couple of people Linda & Charles. These people I engage a lot because I go through the self check out and I buy fresh milk which include bottle refund every time I get there they will be very pleasant to deal with and even with the long day of standing at the cashier they will smile share a joke or two and help get me checked out without no hassle. Having said that I dealt couple of time with two different self check out cashiers who actually lied and told me after ringing up all the groceries that there policy change for the milk bottles that I have to go through cashiers line. This happen last week and this week I go through the self checkout and got charles I asked him and he said there is no such thing and future to ask him and he will help. Otherwise I like to shop at this location and I hope the store manger sees this message and recognizes their hard work (charles and Linda ) and reward them. Thank you!
