I was offered a job here and I withdrew my application after I met a person named Lynette female manager on the night shift who was very rude. Besides I make over $1000 weekly as a independent contractor anyway but they made me walk all the way around to the other end of an isle because of a was spill. When I reached the other end I was denied access to that end as well which was totally weird?? While I was denied access the second time I noticed there's three people in that aisle behind them they were all white people?? I feel like this location is very racist besides the manager Bryan, he is totally friendly the best person in the world. There is a manager name Shantelle who actually interviewed me and was ok in the interview but I had a bad experience with her and Daniel (who always denies people entry to the store 15 minutes prior to closing every night??) The older guy with the red vest and white hair over the purchase of alcohol last night?? She knows I am over 43 but still wanted to ID me which is totally wierd, i shop here 10 times a ok including that day. (yesterday) I feel like they are spiteful towards me because I withdrew my application?? It's my right to withdraw my application I was not fired I just did not want to work there because of rudeness and now I'm receiving rude looks all the time and attitudes and racism from the person who appeared friendly in the interview?? We even talked about hometown things we shared personally back in Colorado but for some reason since I withdrew my application she has been totally spiteful and racist toward me! Lynette and her both gave me bad experiences! They are always on power trips. I've seen this on multiple occasions that's why I withdrew my application then I heard shantelle goes on her rage every now and then with employees as well. I have witnessed her power trips as well, she was friendly in my interview we are both in the same age group and she comes at me and other customers that I have seen acting like she is their parent when we are all adults here?? I will never shop at the store again I'm a very positive person the other employees are too afraid to say anything or report them because they say nothing will get done steer clear of Lynette and Shantel if you go to the store and if you are positive person who doesn't appreciate negativity.

Lori in Fry's pick up is the absolute most accommodating and friendliest person ever! All of the employees in this department go above and beyond to not only fill every item in my order but to carefully bag and load it in my car at least 1-2 times a week. As a person with MS this service is invaluable to me and every employee I've dealt with has been fantastic! Thank you Fry's pick up service!!

When I was checking out today Jim— the self check out clerk saw that I was holding a baby and bagging my groceries. He was not very busy and took the opportunity to help me bag my groceries (I was not at self check out). I want to say every time i shop at this fry’s the customer service is always excellent. To me this show that not only on an individual people are great at their jobs but also Managment is doing a great jobs there employees are happy and willing to take that extra step. To experience this is not at all common in the time we live in. So thanks for making all my shopping needs friendly and hassle free!

Quality of produce has seriously declined lately but the other day I had my breaking point. Was going to make French onion soup this weekend so I bought about 2.5 pounds of white onion. Got home put the groceries away and went about my day. The next morning I woke up to the most horrid smell ever. It smelt like a rotting carcass. I opened my cabinets and realized at the bottom of the bag of those onions one of them was completely rotten and liquifying. It was horrible I still can’t get the smell out of my nose. I had to throw everything else in my cabinet with it because the smell soaked into everything. This Fry’s is just a dressed up Walmart. Don’t go here

Rudest pharmacists on the planet earth. Used to be decent a year ago but I don't know what happened. Not sure what part of hanging up on your patients half way through their sentence comes off as professional but I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

Maybe it is just me and my standards have stayed the same and most other people standards have been lowered drastically. I find that the produce Looks bad most of the time. Fruit has no flavor and Quality standards have dropped drastically. Buyers for companies tend to look for cheap prices and not even bother checking with the product whether or not it actually tastes good. What in today bought some oranges came home opened them up threw away the 1st 3 they were so dried out on the inside I couldn't believe they actually looked like a good Orange. It seems that after 2019 most food shipped into the US is an extreme low grade. And we continue to accept it why. The quality of food standards is getting lower and lower and lower and the prices are getting higher and higher. If people continue to accept low end produce , rotten meats , outdated products Corporate will continue to put it on the shelves .So stand up and ask for better quality. Low standards start at the top with management.

Been shopping here 12 years now, tonight I was rudely denied access to some products at 950pm. The older man with white hair in a red vest told me I could only grab the Mayo and go, because "he had employees that are off". I said "okay, you close at 10? I've never been pushed to checkouts at 9:50?" And he walked away. So I went to the check out, and explained what happened to the cashier, and how I needed bread, any loaf would do, if someone could get it for me since the supervisor wouldn't let me pass to grab it real quick. Well, no one would get me the bread. I've worked member service at a retail giant for 20 years and NEVER would we do this to a customer during business hours. I left at 9:56. And they were closed so I had to be let out. (I was not the only customer in there either). Your business hours are 10pm. Your doors should be open til then. Or at least send someone to get me bread since I can't get it during opening hours. Moving my business to Albertsons.

I witness who I think was a manager who was harassing a customer on his way out that he had his service dog with him. It was almost closing time and barely anyone in the store... I ran out in a hurry because it was so oddly uncomfortable but I would rather have that dog in the store than that employee... she was causing a scene for no reason. They should definitely be fired and I hope I never see her anywhere else again. She needs mental help. I don't trust people who hate dogs. I understand we can't have everyone's dogs in a grocery store, obviously, but this was the most behaved dog I've ever seen. This employee/manager whoever she was is who I don't trust. I had the pleasure of speaking with another lady when I left the store and she couldn't believe this employees behavior either. I know their are rules but sometimes people need to have a heart... and this person lacks on... wish I would have recorded the scene but I felt so awkward I bolted ...thats a moment I wish I could of done different and stood up for the guy and the poor dog who was so innocent.

My husband and I shopped at this fry's for 4 year and no one ever asked both of our IDs to purchase alcohol, and last Saturday old lady cashier asked for both for the first time ever, I didn't have my wallet with me, and she refused to sell a pack of beer, even after I walked out. I'm 29 and my husband is 36. So either all employees have not been following rules all these years or this lady was having a bad day.

I've been shopping here for years and it's always been great however I had an exceptional experience today with Keith from the bakery. He pointed out the fresh baked bread and offered to slice it for me, just an outstanding experience.

The worst pharmacy employees I have ever ran across! I have only filled my prescriptions here twice and that will be the last. Employees are extremely rude... they speak to yeh customer as if I am disturbing them or inconveniencing them. The first time I filled the female was rude when dropping off my prescriptions and when I asked when it would be done she gave me attitude stating they are busy and it would be a few days ??? Insane.. because I was a loyal Fry's shopper I decided to try again one more time and get my prescription filled there - disaster again ... rude when dropping off and she basically accused me of a fraudulent prescription- said she can't fill it without my dr calling in .. so had to get that done which took several days after my dr left messages. Went to go pick up and drive through is closed at 9:55 am I call and it says pharamcy is open -- I drive home and calm again and get a female that says to me " I don't know what you're talking about it's open I am staring at the window now " !! Really ? Like I made it up and drove home with out my prescriptions for fun ?? Rude!! Where is customer service or even just being normal to people ?? Never again ! Fry's is no longer top in AZ anymore !

I've always had good experiences here, except when I do self-checkout. I not uncommonly end up saying nasty things back to the electronic voice and wanting to smash the screen! Of course, I feel that way at any grocery store since I usually take my own bags, buy produce that has to be weighed, and often have coupons that an employee has to enter. Store has good sales and sends targeted coupons for my common items. It's clean, staff is pleasant, and they rarely are out of items on special.
