It is the best grocery store in the world I love it has everything you need. And ice cream is the best and it is cool in there and the backers are nice and they will do anything for you

Food court ladies have no desire to move the line of people along. They act they are talking a leisurely walk in the park. They don't care that people need to eat and get on with other tasks. I guess when you are paid by the hour there is no incentive to care about customers.

Sam's optical center,is either crazy with prices or incompetent people. Bought glasses last year for approximately $240.00. This year they want $375.00 for the same? No more deal at Sam's.

I ordered my quarterly 20 cases of drinking water this morning and the new customer service rep was confused about how large order in person pick ups work. She made me sit out front by the exit door and had me wait for someone to bring it to me. I waited for 35 minutes and called the front desk angrily and Sam answered. This young man assured me he will solve the problem and find my order! he was beyond helpful. He was Personable and useful and helpful. He helped me load up my truck as he was answering his walkie-talkie and phone trying to help other people. This man is the reason my Family has been going to Sam's club for 25 years. I hope this review reaches you Sam!! You are amazing !!

I've been with Sam's Club since 1998. Why do people join Costco--I have no idea. I asked a Costco rep why they don't have early hours for Plus members, like Sam's Club--her answer--because Costco cares more about their employees! Wow, who told her to say that and I hope she was fired. Sam's has curbside pick-up at 0600, Plus hours starting at 0800 and amazing customer service

Do not purchase items for delivery. I have ordered delivery from the store and shipping orders too. I have yet to receive my orders. The customer service people have ignored my requests to find out where my items are. I have been advised to call the store. If you call the store it just rings and rings. So basically they just leave you hanging with no resolution. I have also tried to cancel my membership but my request was denied because I am not able to go to the store. Ridiculous!

0 stars. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Actually made me cry. Cancelled my membership as I walked out of the store. Will never be back and telling everyone i know to not return.

My husband is a warehouse store junkie, and likes to stop here when we are in the area. We like their hot dogs, and picked up some nice rib-eyes. Clean store and well-stocked.

01/3/20222 I literally walked into sams tonight and I saw the biggest RAT all over the tortillas and bread... Told the manager and she just said we will wait to clean it didn't even care about the health of the customers Amina it's the name of the manager she was super rude.

Who can I speak with regarding my call with a 'customer service' rep this morning? We had been mulling over whether or not to close this card &/or membership but, after speaking with her, we've decided to close the card at the very least. I believe her game is Joyce, heavy Philippine accent, but she wouldn't repeat her name. My phone is 951-834-2792. I called at 9:44a on 12/4. I inquired as to why customer svc at my local club (Market St) told me I can't get my cash rewards until august. 'Joyce' said "well they were wrong". I asked when, then, can we redeem the cash OWED to us of over $280. She said Feb 22. I asked what date in February. She sighed heavily as if to let me know I was annoying her. She finally said 2/27/22. I said, "so I have to wait that long to get MY cash &/or to close the card?". Her response- "that's the way it goes". REALLY? That's your idea of service? I asked a few other questions which were met with complete silence. I had to ask if she was still there. "I'm here", she said. Wouldn't answer anything else so I hung up & tried to contact you via computer. Shocking that all I could find was a phone number, or address where I can write to.

Ok, so I decided to do the Pickup ordering. Yesterday morning I ordered 2 of the Command Outdoor Lighting Clip packs. From their advertisement they were suggested for hanging up Christmas Lights. I loved the idea, we used these for pictures in the house and if you change your mind they leave no residue. So I scheduled it yesterday morning for today between 5pm-6pm. Reason being is it is on my way home and I get off at 5pm. 10 min travel window so it was perfect. I get there and there is no update to my order, I'm their defense, they've never emailed me it was ready but they never emailed me that it was going to be late either. When I asked them, they told me they were still trying to fill 3pm and 4pm orders. I get that it I placed my order a few hours ago but that simple wasn't the case. I placed it 24 hours ago. The best suggestion they had for my was to come back later tonight, just wow! I'm so disappointed, my wife does it all the time and raves about it. I don't think I'll ever do it again. I would have been better off just going in and getting it myself.
