What happened to the cart organization in the parking lot? Always used to be orderly but out of control now! My cars been hit with carts last few times I went. Hire more competent cart runners' won't be going back!

I have been shopping at this Sam's Club for over 15 years for good reasons. Aside from the products, what brings me back to, "The Club" are the employees. Every time I ask for assistance I am greeted with a smile and someone who is always willing to help me locate a product. It's rare in retail now-a-days to find that every employee is friendly and helpful. There is one exceptional employee that always has an extra big smile for me and makes me feel special when I walk through Sam's Clubs' doors. That employee is Ken. I have a high stress job and it's really nice to be greeted in such a friendly manner. It makes my day. Thank you, Ken for putting a smile on my face, especially when I have had a hard day at work. And keep watching those sunsets!

Items are reasonably priced not as busy as Costco. If you buy large quantities, this is a place to shop.

Sam's Club is my go to Box store when I'm shopping in bulk products and sometimes for other special sales. It has an extensive inventory and it has features unlike any other store that I shop. I love the app that lets you check out using your phone so I never have to wait in line.

I wanted to leave a review for a young man named Jake who handles the carts. I frequent Sam's often and it's pretty noticeable when he is off. The days he works the cart corrals are empty and everything looks organized. I was there early this morning and I had to walk into the parking lot to grab a cart for shopping. Hopefully he is being recognized because he definitely stands out as a hard worker with a positive attitude.

Best price on gas! Gas alone is worth the membership price. Prices are better than Costco for the food items I buy for my family of three with no pets. Staff is always friendly. Went to do an exchange of diapers and employee didn't know how to do exchange but, did a refund and had me repurchase. Work arounds are a solution.

Took my car in to get new tires after a mixup the day before and all the employees I encountered were friendly and helpful in every way! They helped me get new tires in no time!

I come here for groceries twice a month but more for the gas. Today 4/29/23 the gas was at $4.45 that's .55 cents less than the competition

I got a membership for Sam's for $3 so I decided to give it a shot. For a small family like mine this place is over kill. I will say this location is far less crowded than both Costcos in the E Valley. Still, it is crowded and a stressful experience. Yes $5 rotisserie chickens are awesome but not when there is a line literally 30 humans deep for it. Unlike Costco the aisles are labeled. If you have a big family in the East Valley go to Sam's. Buying in bulk will save you money. If you don't and value your time, avoid.

I realize the customer service at these warehouse businesses is limited. But, that being said, it was totally unavailable at this Sam's store this weekend. They were busy. I get that. But when one of their employees is walking behind someone struggling in a wheelchair the store provides, and the employee just plays on the phone instead of offering to assist, it seemed a bit uncaring and disrespectful of the member. Another member offered to help and did so very nicely. Helped push the wheelchair to the handicapped parking area and helped unload the baskets and returned the wheelchair to the store. I can't explain how grateful I am to this person or how disappointed I am in the employee response to the member struggling to get out of the way of the lunch crowd and get to the door and out. Totally unprofessional and uncaring and involved in the phone.

All I can say is tonight my son dropped his pretzel in the food court and a man named Tony was so quick to get him another one and was so sweet to us. It was so refreshing to see someone really genuinely caring about people. Thank you Tony. The world needs more workers like you!

They quit carrying the cat food I always buy, which is why I renewed this membership. When I renewed, I paid full price for the membership and right after, they offered a reduced rate. No 2 irritation. So now, I have to order online and have to have it delivered for a much higher price. No 3, I ordered 5 bags on July 30th and they were supposed to be delivered on the 3rd of August. There was a problem and I was called by the delivery company and they left a message they didn't have the correct zip code. I tried to call back and couldn't get through. I called Sam's customer service number. Of course, I didn't write down who I spoke to. He said he called the delivery company and corrected the zip and it would be 2-3 days after that to receive. Never received. I had ordered this for someone who had been in the hospital and can't leave their house on the other side of town from me. When you look online, it said it would be delivered tomorrow. I called Sam's customer service again. Of course, I am very irritated. They have no documentation of me calling, so the first rep didn't do anything. This current rep connected me with the delivery company, and since they didn't hear anything within 5 days, they sent it back, even though when you look online, it shows it being delivered the next day. She said she would call and have them correct the error that it is still coming. I said how is that going to help me when I have looked in the system, thinking it was coming. What a cluster. I haven't checked, but they were supposed to have given me a refund because they can't reorder over the phone because they work from home. So now, I have reordered it and it wont be there until Sat., They are out of cat food. So a process that should have been easy, has taken from July 30th, until Aug. 13th.

I enjoy Sam's Club it's right next to Costco they have some amazing banana palms in stock and some amazing furniture that looks like Restoration Hardware. The employees are all extremely nice I really enjoy going here
