I have had two horrible experiences with the Gilbert Road Sam's Clubs tire center. Both times the employees were rude and dismissive. They would not honor my warranty or even try and help me out even though my tires were three months old and had a huge nail on the side. They said my lug nuts were swollen and they couldn't get them off even though they didn't try. I took my car home and he took the lug nuts if super easy!! My suggestion is save yourself the headache and go to the tire center on Market Street. They are way more helpful and pleasant to work with. I will NEVER go back to the one on Gilbert Road. And when I replace my tires I will not use Sam's again.

The best thing about Sam's Club is their Scan and Go application! Just scan your items as you shop and check out on your phone, and go!

First of all, when I got to the register the woman checking me out didn't even acknowledge me and kind of looked at me like "why are you here?" I had to initiate the conversation. I, as the customer had to say "hello how are you?" I went over to get a box for my stuff, and I came back to see the cashier wiping down her conveyor belt with a wipe. Unknowingly, the ground beef I chose to purchase was leaking blood. Initially, the ground beef was sitting on the paper towels. The cashier then took the bloody ground beef and put it on the box of trash bags. So now I have two items that have ground beef blood leaking everywhere. The cashier then proceeds to say "you didn't tell me it was leaking!" As if it were my fault. I was utterly shocked that she wiped down all of her areas and left blood on my items. She did not even offer me a wipe to clean my things. The cashier was extremely rude. I was appalled. However, when my approval for the MasterCard printed out her attitude immediately changed as she tried to get me to sign up for a credit card. Lastly, when I went to unload my items I had to open my paper towels in the parking lot and wipe off the blood which had now leaked onto even more items. This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Oh man, so in my old review this was mediocre at best, a pretty typical Sam's Club location but I had two atrocious experiences. The first was a really nasty old lady cashier, Colleen, who was so rude I ended up talking to the store and then district manager about her. The second was a gift card that wouldn't work in the store, and when I called the toll free number I was told I spent it, which wasn't true. After escalations to the customer service, and refusal to help, I had to do a chargeback on my credit card, and then cancel my membership. My advice is always to stick to Costco, but now, if you like the products at Sam's, just drive to Chandler or Mesa.

I had purchased a 65 Phillips Hitachi TV when I moved in my home at Sams Club Gilbert AZ . June 2019 Had no problems with it ever than a couple days before Thanksgiving 2020 the picture went black on right side and barely see shadows on left side. Called and went to store . They said they would return with receipt or talk to manager . I went back to find receipt couldn't and friend of family called several times and also went with me. They return TV and all my money with tax $516. From day 1 they ALL have been exceptional . They were all so very helpful, friendly and tried to do the best they could for me. They order a Samsung 65 was on sale but then called us to let us know they may take awhile, offered the 65 LG. went to get it ..Right now my hand in cast. They picked it up and loaded in car. They were all AWESOME I will always shop there I was treated great!!

TIRE DEPARTMENT If I could give this a - I would! We called ahead today to determine if they had the tires we wanted and if we should bring a second car and come back for the truck we needed new tires for. We were told yes they had the tires and no wait! So we went ahead, arriving at 4 pm. There were a two in front of us when we got there, but that's to be expected! Hubby waited paid and set the order and we briwsed the store while we waited the 30 min to put the tires on. AND we waited and waited!!! There was only us and one other older couple waiting with both our vehicles in the bays. My husband heard them take other calls stating they were busy and couldn't take other cars. We could tell our truck was finished, but they dawdled around like they wanted it just to "show" they were busy so they didn't have to take other customers. LAME!! When it approached about 5:55 the guy squeezed the tires as he brought it out of the bay! Really!! He's a tore guy and HE squeals the customers tires right out of the bay in front of them!! Meanwhile inside, they have the door locked and you can not exit unless they unlock it! The manager of the department (I wish I had gotten his name!) was a jerk from the beginning till we exited. Then telling us we couldn't take our merchandise thru that door making my husband again walk around to the front and I picked up the truck and walked him around. We had our receipt for the ONE item we purchase in the TWO hours of browsing! Less than white-glove shopping experience!! THIS is why Discount Tire has always been our tire store!!

2 employees recently tested positive for Covid, and they didn't close down to clean or anything. They apparently just told their employees that it's up to them to take extra precautions. How can someone run a business like that, and not care about their customers and employees enough to do a quick wipe down of surfaces?

Good place for bulk purchases. Great apple pie!!!! Great apple pie! It will feed a dozen people if need be lol I just eat it all myself :)

This Sam's has an amazingly organized pick up team, I am afraid to share for overcrowding but I feel that great work should be appreciated especially this morning Gary was awesome he was wearing a mask but you can still tell by his tone and friendliness he was providing service with a smile... during a pandemic it's all the little things that count! Clean, Organized, Well Stocked Store!This Sam's Club is really clean! I like that the staff seems to keep it all stocked and organized to make shopping easier. I really like the Sams APP that allows you to scan your own items as you put them in the cart and pay without standing in long lines like at Costco where you wait 30 minutes in line to pay. This puts SAMS ahead of the game by a mile in my book! I really like the Red Pepper Hummus here, it is awesome! Anyway, not sure what else to say about this place... Stop in and check them out!

The self check out are not being wipe, and only one cashier store pack. Four people ahead of us and no one wipe it down. I will go out of my way to the one in the westside they are also wiping them .

Clean and organized location. The staff could be friendlier but they're quick. They have clothing, household supplies and tons of food options. There's also a food court with decent options and prices.
