Chip scanners at 2 self check out registers didn't work after trying multiple cards. Food court was over a 45 minute wait for 2 hot dogs & a slice of pepperoni. Both hot dog buns were broken & one dog fell out when we opened the wrapper. Ridiculous long wait, with complete chaos & confusion behind the food court counter. Our cold grocery items are no longer cold. I will be going to the Costco food court from now on. This place sucks. Also their parking lot surface is the roughest asphalt in all of Gilbert, my kids said it hurt them while riding in the cart & all the bouncing from the rough pavement broke a couple of our eggs.

Business as usual. Lots of checkouts open. They have also added additional self checkout options. If you use the samsclub app, you can use the scan and go option to pay and checkout even without going over to the scanning station.

Had a bad experience with one of the cashier today my son and I were trying to go through the cash register to buy food"there was plenty of room to through" and Veronica the cashier with her rudeness raised her voice to my son not to cross and go all the way around the register I told her that there was enough room but she raised her voice again mad and told me to go around, at that point I told her I was going to talk with a supervisor she said here is my name but rude and mad.So sad how Sam's club will hire this tipe of peace with not customers servic

I'm giving 3 starts today due to the customer service we received. My family went in to 1. renew our membership & 2 see about opening a business account. The first lady that greeted us was very nice, however she was going on lunch and passed us over to a gentlemen saying he was an "expert" at business accounts. However this man was just rude, he made comments asking my husband "do you only feed them once" speaking about my kids. Now this comment could have gone 1 of 2 ways which neither are acceptable ! One both my children are athletically built they are skinny and have muscle definition, or TWO he was being racist asking if we feed our mixed (black, white and Hispanic) kids once a day! HE WAS RUDE!!! THEN come to find out HE NEVER DID ANYTHING WITH THE BUSINESS ACCOUNT!!!! We waited a whole week and never heard anything back!! So we drove to another location were a women helped us out! Even though she was the only person working their and had a long line behind us she gave us her all her attention! she didn't rush the process she had sure she followed every step and completed everything!!! Thank you to her!!!

Anyone who left more than one star needs to get out more often. The worst experience of any store in the valley. Found some good buys and went to check out. Store was completely full of customers. One check out line. Line was so long I thought there was an oversight. Wrong. Found manager? Explained situation. Response was that's all there is. Costco I'm coming back.

Costco stresses me out. Every time I go to Sam's club I leave feeling happy. Parking is always a breeze, it's never crowded, great selection and you can self check out on your phone!

Worse Sam’s club of them all. Only go here when desperate. Bad expiration dates, feels unorganized always, and they have the worse bumps and parking lot where half of your stuff falls off your cart or flatbed when going to your cart. One on Gilbert and Guadalupe is way better. I’m awaiting your canned response. Thank you

Sam’s Club really needs to take some notes from Costco. We have been so spoiled by Costco that anytime we go to Sam’s Club, it is a major letdown in terms of customer service. At this particular location, the café is a complete joke. If you look at the pictures, so many people are waiting for their food, but nobody was getting anything, including the people that had paid in advance with the app. After 15 or 20 minutes, someone finally asked where the food was. The guy behind the counter said, “If you tell me what you want, I will get it for you.” You read that correctly, he wasn’t going to send out any food unless people ask for it. People could have told him anything, and he would’ve handed it to them without seeing if it was really part of their order. This location gets worse and worse. They really need to train their cafe employees.

I love the Sam’s Club location, great selection on everything and you can always stock up on plenty of stuff to keep you going for a couple weeks. It’s well worth a membership!
