Grant at this T-Mobile location is fantastic at his job! He's super knowledgeable, helpful, and very compassionate towards his customers. My situation has been very stressful and he's done everything in his power to get it resolved. My Family and I have been grateful for his customer service towards us! Thanks again.

I would give THIS STORE the lowest score possible!! We were Sprint customers and became T-Mobile customers when they purchased Sprint. The transition was seamless and we never had any issues. Just after Christmas, we had seen numerous television commercials about four free IPhones and an unlimited plan for $100 per month. I called the store and confirmed if this was something we were eligible for and they confirmed "Yes" we did qualify. The representative on the phone was extremely nice and helpful. He was finishing his work day prior to me finishing mine but told me anyone there would be able to help. I went there directly after work and the customer service by both the retail representative and the manager was the WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN ANY STORE (wireless or otherwise). First, I asked about the commercial and the advertisement. The retail representative told me "I stopped watching TV when I was like 12". (This is a national advertisement with the two stars of the TV show Scrubs. I would think the employees should be aware of current promotions) He tried to switch me to a new plan that was more expensive that what I was currently paying. I asked if he needed my number to see what we currently have, he quickly said "No" and "bye". I went home to discuss it with my wife and the TV commercial came on at that moment. I recorded it with my IPhone and went back to the store to show it to him. He still had no knowledge of it so I asked to speak with the manager. The manager and he was just as rude. Never offered any solution, apology or alternate scenario that could resolve my situation. (other than buying two new IPhones for $1600 and adding a line to my account) When I told them I would be leaving T-Mobile and going to AT&T I was given a "Byyyyyyyyeeee" (like the kids do now) and a "Happy New Year" in a condescending fashion. So, I left that store directly and went to AT&T at San Tan Mall and switched immediately.I see from other reviews that the owner of this independently owned store (not an actual T-Mobile store) has reached out in the past for further feedback. Save your time and energy. I'm done with this store and T-Mobile entirely!I realize the person who I discussed the situation with earlier in the day could've made a mistake or maybe there was a lack of communication as we were Sprint customers previously. However, to be treated the way I was treated this afternoon is inexcusable.

Nathan. Thank you so much for the help on point and Very professional My 1st visit the young man surprised me with his knowledge of the phones He's up-to-date with most the Current electronics and so helpful. I drove 45 minutes just to go to this store.

Really review should be -10.If you want a store where store manager Nathan hides in backroom making employees say he's in meeting for five hours , THIS IS THE STORE FOR YOU .If you want to deal with customer oriented employee Ashanti who yells at you, refuses to let you talk, degrades spanish elderly ladies, tells them to get their friends passwords, then denies it, THIS IS THE STORE FOR YOU.If you want a store where every time they touch your friends phone, you get hacked message alerts on your phone, THIS IS THE STORE FOR YOU.BOTTOM LINE RUN!!!!!! STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS STORE.I replied to email address below but after several days it was returned stating undeliverable. If provided with correct proper email I will attempt again.

Had the worst experience at this store with one of the employees, Ashanti. I had walked in and asked for a specific product. The other employee, Jose, went to the back to grab the product. Ashanti was in the front on his phone the entire time playing a game and never once acknowledged me. When Jose came back with the product ashanti attempted to check me out all while continuing to play a game on his cell phone and informed Jose he was in the middle of the battle on his game. Ashanti finally put the phone down then went to ring the product out. When I asked Ashanti to make sure it was under my account so I could access the receipt if I needed to, he got frustrated with Jose and walked away from me. Jose began to help me and ashanti was in the back stating “I’m not trying to have you guys tell me what to do”. Ashanti was extremely unprofessional and rude to me as a customer. Jose took good care and was very friendly to me even while trying to manage his coworker who was being so rude. I will not be returning to this location ever again due to the rude, unprofessional employee Ashanti.

The guy at the store was not knowledgeable about their products and services. This gave me the run around. Had to call customer service and they sent a return label for me to send back the equipment.Tmobile logo just a cover up

It is Sunday March 20th at 11:24. Their doors are still locked and there's no employees inside. Called ahead of time. Someone answered and put me on hold. Got to the location and no one's there now. Pretty poor customer service before I even got to the store

Switching phone providers always comes with challenges and can be extremely complicated and frustrating. And while the process to switch wasn't 100% perfect, the help and support that was provided by Nathan was next level. He was available nonstop throughout the process. He kept a positive attitude and was super helpful even when I was frustrated. He went above and beyond to ensure things got sorted it. This Manager deserves a raise and some serious recognition from T-Mobile.

I will never come back to this T- Mobile because not only was the wait long but half the staff had interest in acknowledging or welcoming customers. The females were doing great focused on the job at hand and helping customers while wearing masks. While the two males talked to each other and made no effort to say "welcome, someone will be right with you". They literally said nothing and as we left because they did have what we were looking for I said something to the older man. He looked so disinterested in how we felt and how they could improve. I worked in the food industry the most important thing an individual can do is make people feel welcome and comfortable. Walking around pointing to lights and talking to one another knowing we are there do NOT make anyone feel welcomed. T- Mobile as a company should be embarrassed by the two workers.

If I could I would give this T- Mobile half a star. There were four workers in-store and half of which actually busy helping customers. The two workings were kind dark haired females. The two males were not working with customers, no effort to welcome us, smile, or acknowledge us even being in the store. It took about 10-15 to get service from one of the females. As we left I decided to say something to the much older gentleman of the two. It does not matter what you are doing, if you are not preoccupied with a customer then it is rude to not welcome other customers or acknowledge them. The older man had no look of remorse or care. I am never going back to that one because I don't want to be bothered with him or the dark-haired and bearded individual. I assume that the two males were higher ranked than the women because they had no name tags and different shirts than the women. When you are in uniform you represent that company and I am embarrassed for T-mobile. I have never had bad service before. The two men didn't even wear masks which is why I am very aware that they were frowning. At least pretend you are having a good day and care for your job

This store was amazing! Sydney helped my brother and I out today. All week long we have been getting the run around going back and forth from T-Mobile stores and the Apple store! My brother phone wasn’t connecting to service and we had just received it a week and a half ago, after countless calls and trips Sydney went above and beyond and called whoever she needed to to get us into a new phone. Sydney we are so grateful for you thank you for the Christmas miracle!
