This target never Answers there phone. Called the other day because they forgot 2 items from my Pickup Order. On December 1st 2023 bought some spaghetti sauce went to cook it tonight and messed up my meat after noticing the sauce expired July 15th 2023. Now they're not answering the phone and when they did answer they hung up when asked if they can replace it.

The location for this Target is great since it is right off the 202 freeway. I don't do too many Target runs to be honest as I have other favorite places. Today though I made a stop to get a quick gift and found lots of seasonal items for the holidays that I enjoyed. I got that cute pink gingerbread house just because lol I had to, it's pink & cute. The pricing for the store items I always find a bit above everywhere else but the store is organized and easy to navigate maybe that's what adds value.

Place charged me 3 times for one item won't refund. Went in showed the exchange guy my receipt and showed him charges as he's holding the receipt he tells me he needs to see the receipt. Should have known from that interaction how this was gonna go then he calls some kid over who tells me I need to dispute it with my bank cause they can take my money but won't give it back. Save your time and your bank account

Rating: 1 starReview:I have been a Target RedCard member since October 2021 and always paid my bills on time, in excess of the minimum payment. In February 2023, for reasons still unknown, Target RedCard returned my 02/23 payment of $26.82 for "Payment Reversal - Backdate" and a notification was mailed to my husband's new address. He is 20 years older than me and I received it way after. As a result, I remained in the dark for six weeks thinking my RedCard account was paid in full. RedCard Services reported my account as delinquent, reduced my credit limit from $500 to $200, and sent a notice to my husband's address. Based solely on Target's credit bureau report, two more creditors reduced my credit limit, which in turn reduced my overall debt-to-credit ratio and my credit score dropped by more than 100 points overnight.I contacted Target RedCard Services in April 2023 to update my address, when I learned of the late payment, the reduction in available credit, and the reported delinquent payment to the credit bureaus, but RedCard refused to accept any responsibility or remove the hit from my credit report. They told me that I was responsible for the Keats Avenue address update, and if not me, the post office was to blame, but not Target. I never changed my address with Target RedCard or the post office before April 2023. Red Card said it understands that I don't like its decision, but it's not going to change; "the response is the response" and I need to take my dispute to the credit reporting agencies. If that isn't enough, the supervisor said I was upset and arguing with him and he is in charge of my credit. I asked him three times to repeat what he said, and what he meant, but he refused. I asked for the name of his supervisor, and he hung up. I am extremely disappointed with Target RedCard Services. As a result of their actions, my credit rating has been hit hard. I am now unable to get the home financing my daughter and I hoped for. This is corporate America stepping on the little guy and not caring. Shame on Target RedCard Services. I will never recommend Target RedCard or Target to anyone. Please share this with anyone wanting to shop at Target for Christmas. Help me fight back.

Every time I shop at this location I stay away from refrigerated sections. I always see mold. This time the mold was out of hand and really needs to be addressed. See pictures.

Worst customer service ever, a store in CA rang up my item as a dummy sku, went to return the item at this location bc I live in AZ and they said it's from CA so they will not refund my money bc the receipt says "unidentified" but miraculously has the same price $169.99 like everything in their store is that price. Called customer service and they said to go back to the store hand the manager my cell phone so they can ask for an override bc it's up to the managers discretion to help me??? So the manager Nathan could have done that in the first place?? It is not my fault someone rang my item up under a dummy sku. And it's not this store that did it but they are still Target. Jeter (David?) and Nathan know absolutely Nathan about their store policy of "free and easy returns".The newbie training and the young girl training him were amazing though. Glad she is the one stepping up to train a new associate instead of the actual managers. Maybe she could teach them a thing or two about customer service.

Location is good, staff were nice. I like that they too have pull up and go services which makes it nice to not have to go inside(which helps save money if you're me). I went inside this time to grab a few items but next time I'll order online and pull up to pick it up. As usual coming here makes you spend more than intended on things you really don't need but you want. There's plenty of free parking. Close to other businesses and not far from freeways. Yes I'll go back!

I usually never post a review, but I was just back from vacation and my eye glasses had gotten all wonky! I happened to walk by and thought I would pop in to see if someone could adjust them for me. Keep in mind this is not my normal eye doctor! I had been to them twice and glasses were still not fitting right! Anna stepped right up and was amazing! She did not hesitate to help me and my glasses have never fit better!!!! Great customer service!! I will be back!

I am extremely disgusted and disappointed in this product, kite hill cream cheese. I bought this from south Gilbert target and when I opened it up I found a piece of mold in my product. I am overwhelmingly displeased with this outcome. I tried to call target multiple times about the situation but no one would pick up which is why I am using this platform so my concerns can be heard.@kitehillcreamcheese

Bait and switch. This morning on Good Morning America they had a segment on Target deals that began today. They offered a Magna Tiles 84 piece set for kids with a regular price of $135 on sale for $81. I went to the website to purchase and instead of offering that set, all they offered was other sets at full price and not on sale. I called and spoke to a representative named Ken and he suggested I just select from one of the sets that was not on sale. Would not connect me with a supervisor and would not agree to have a supervisor call me back. I asked who I could contact to file a complaint and Ken suggested I go to my local Target store to complain. That won't be happening. Shame on Target and GMA for the shameful practice of Bait and Switch.

I visited Target Optical for my annual exam. I was a little skeptical, to be honest. Boy was I so wrong to even doubt my choice. It was pretty busy but Anna and Brian took the time to acknowledge me and let me know that the Dr would be with me soon. I waited maybe 5 min. In that time I watched and listened to them help other customers by being very knowledgeable on products and insurance. I saw Dr Riley. I had several questions and he took the time to answer all of them. He explained things well. He didn't rush me through, as I had been at other places. I would highly recommend him and his staff. This will be the place I return to for my contacts and glasses for years to come!
