I have had two units here for at least two years. The original unit that I got was in the windowed area and we live in Arizona the unit was way too hot for my items they were gladly appreciative of me and accommodated me moving my property to another unit farther inside the building which made the AC a lot better I appreciate it their customer service they were very professional and on time and courteous they even assisted me in moving my items from one unit to the next if I needed it I am very happy with the access and availability of my unit and no one has harassed me or questioned any reason for me being there to get my items even when it was in a lengthy period of time I would recommend this facility to many people. I would also add that the best way to pay for the storage is to put it on auto pay and make sure that if you are going to stop payment that you do it 2 weeks to 30 days in advance before you do so that way it assures you getting your money back I have not had no troubles paying or having any payment problems with this facility.

cannot get through on the phone. held for 18 min someone answered and asked what I wanted, next thing I know I'm on hold 30 min later I give up. Terrible terrible svc. do not use these people

After my 2nd bad experience with this location and Uhaul in general, I won't be recommending Uhaul or their moving services on Uhaul's movinghelp.com to anyone.

When I walked in with my mom, I was greeted by a girl and guy who clearly didn't want to be there on a Saturday 6/25. Complaining it's hot and took forever to get the information in the computer and where a bit rude. They clearly didn't know what they where doing. Putting information in wrong. I was ready to put a bad review do not come to this location. That is until Chelsea T helped us. We found out the girl at the counter is new. Chelsea made it a better and great experience. She has great energy and customer service. She helped us with everything we needed and assisted us connecting the dolly to my truck. I would give her 5 stars but the others none. Thanks Chelsea for all your help we really appreciated it!!

Robinson, the manager, is a lying thieving unprofessional tool. We purchased a hitch, we've attempted to pick it up twice and both times they refuse to give us the hitch that we paid for. We've provided a copy of the receipt, the reservations and he continues to request additional payment. Absolutely disgusting, Incredibly rude, thieving behavior.

The reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because we reserved the largest enclosed trailer a month prior but when we arrived to get it we were told they had none. My husband said that we'd reserved that particular one but all they said was 'oh well, these others are available'. Basically that take it or leave it attitude was unprofessional. Everything worked out in the end, but just the overall experience was eh.

I have had 2 different storage units here. Paying my bill has been a nightmare. I will pay just fine for months and then suddenly, I have no units on file. I have had late payments because of this and I am waiting on terminal hold now trying to get in and pay my bill.

Do NOT come here for Propane. Have waited 45 mins for the “Manager” to come fill my 2 tanks. I’ve walked inside 3 times and he continually keeps saying he will be right ou and then just keeps helping customers walking in. None of the other employees are capable of filling Propane. Complete WASTE of time.

I would give them zero stars if I could. This place has wasted hours of my life with nothing to show for it. This was hands down some of the worst customer service I've ever received. Unfriendly staff, the most outrageous waits on hold when trying to call, long lines and horrible management. I never received the hitch I tried to schedule. Went twice. Both times where a complete disaster. The first time, they told me the parts were not in. No one called me to tell me this!! I rescheduled and the work still never got done. When asked to speak to a manger, nothing but excuses, blaming the fact that they're busy! Well guess what guys, we're all busy, but well run places account for that kind of thing and hire competent people to deal with it. They will never ever get my business again. Learn how to run your business!!!

Had a horrible experience at this location! The night manager was rude, and so was another member of their staff. Was very disappointed and ended up canceling my appointment and going to a different location that is farther away, but got the truck at a cheaper price! Never going back here again!!!

Tried to fill propane tanks here. Stood there for 25 minutes ringing the bell twice, than went inside to ask and all I got from the employee was “um I’m not certified we’ll get somebody”. Went back out and stood there for another 15 minutes and just left with empty tanks. Such a waste of time going there!

Go elsewhere for a hitch installation !Scheduled an appointment for 2/6 two weeks in advance. Never received a call confirming my appointment in the days leading up. Called today and they had me on the calendar for the 16th because the part was on back order. It would have been fine if someone had communicated this to me! But I planned my day around having a hitch installed at a certain time/date. Refund has been initiated on their end by the GM....*2/7/21 update - GM never initiated refund as promised. Had to call corporate customer support to have them issue my refund. Goes to show you how this location does business!*

Tanner was very helpful. He resolved a problem returning boxes I purchased from a non corporate store . I won't ever do business with a non corporate store again.
