We called yesterday to reserve a truck. After seeing my complexion The gm said we needed an emergency contact that needed to answer their phone prior to rental. Have never had to do this at Any location before. The contact wasn't awake at 9 am on a Sunday cause everyone works or goes to church. The gm is racist worst experience at a uhaul. Would never recommend this location

Don't ever rent a storage bin from here ever or a truck Stay away from this place U-Haul doesn't care about anything they charge you for everything you do they are horrible here fee after fee everyday constantly everytime you turn around they call you constantly wanting money and fees they drive you nuts I will never ever rent from this place ever again they've lost my business I would stay away from this place at all costs place needs to be shut down permanently

I returned my vehicle and left my beautiful Oakley's brand new sitting in the front seat. As soon as we got there, a young man came and grab my keys and we left. Moments later, I realized with 100% certainty that I left my glasses on the seat. I told the company several times I want my glasses back. They never got back to me. They acted as if though nothing had happened. I called the company's headquarters and complain. Nothing happened. It makes me really mad that they would allow this to happen and not returned my glasses to me.

Customer service rep scheduled us for a different location than requested. Made the wait time longer, but still good service overall.

i actually worked here hated everyday I was there, not an enjoyable work environment they brought me in to work on a Sunday and told me at the beginning of my shift that they would be letting me go and then when i asked why they proceeded to tell me I wasn't doing my job and than I proceeded to ask what I didn't do and they told me that they wouldn't get into specifics with me which is bs, I wouldn't trust or rent from this uhaul the managers are sketchy with their employees instead of giving warnings and telling there workers they aren't doing something right and help them fix it they just get rid of them bc there unwilling to train people enough and then if they forget to to do something they blame it on the customer service reps, one house keeper Ik over heard them talking about not doing something then he heard them say that they will just blame it on me, they are willing to risk tenants going through serious family issues, then help them solve there issues by switching a name from one unit to the other, they also told me that there would be an incentive program that if you did a certain thing during the pay period you would receive something, i had the most reservations at the end of the pay period instead of giving me the 50 bucks they promised to give to the winner they ghosted it and everytime i asked they wouldn't answer.

Sure wish they let us use the keys for the elevator like they did in the past .no idea why that changed but it makes things difficult because the dam doors shut every three seconds and where moving furniture

Used moving helpers by the name of moving stores. They kept me up to date right up til the movie. Couple of great guys. This is my second time using moving helpers and they're wonderful, the guys I used were star movers

I called and spoke to a female employee who took my reservation. I was to pick up my truck on a Saturday morning. It gets transferred to a different location for pickup. I showed up at the new location and was told that they have me scheduled Monday at 7am. They can’t get the simplest of details correct, the day of the week you’re supposed to pick up your vehicle. Not happy and wasted my day and the 3 other people who I’ve called in favors to help. Thanks Uhaul, excellent work

I am very concerned about how U-Haul is allowing a General Manager to control the entire company without a review process in place to dispute the EAlert for blockage of future reservations.This all occurred after we had a billing dispute where the GM did not care, poor customer service and wanted to argue until you told her she was correct and then she proceeded to throw a new policy which we were unaware of but 100 percent willing to obey for additional verification prior to renting a vehicle at the location in Gilbert, Arizona.Now, we are being punished and not allowed to rent future vehicles from U-Haul.This is a poor judgement by the leaders at U-Haul to allow a such thing and no care about customer service which is very consistent at this location. We conducted a review on this location as scored it as a 1 and U-Haul decided to remove it since they know they are in the wrong. This is very unprofessional instead of reaching out to the customer to discuss the situation at hand. This is not a friendly business and others have mentioned it in their reviews as well.Therefore, this is why I have scored the feedback as I did based it off all facts and other reviews this location has received.We would greatly appreciate a regional senior manager to contact us to discuss further.

Do not rent at this location.First, I rented a truck just to move from one apt to the next building in the same complex, from the uhaul place to my apt back and forth to the next door apt back to uhaul— I only did 9.4 miles.Mind you, when I got the truck, the driver sent a link to “verify” the condition of the vehicle which was based on 4 outdoor pictures, no inside no gas gauge, odometer, etc. (very poor photos), she claims that she sent odometer reading in that same link but it did not have it! I took photos of the reading for miles in and out and back as well. She claims that it was a 15/16 tank of gas when I drove it off the lot and it was not! Furthermore, I was charged 50 bucks that I was not responsible for. It is poor customer for them to not show photos of the odometer and gas gauge, not just a printed out fuel meter. There is no way, 9.4 miles used the gas amount she is claiming!
