*WARNING* Check your recipte before you leave this store, they charge for products and services they don't actually do. They also will hand you something telling you it is free for buying the phone when they are actually chargeing you for it.I went into this Verizon to add a line to my current plan, the gentleman that was helping us told us that we would be getting the phone for free as a promotion and that we just needed to pay the activation fee and the taxes on the phone. Fine. He said that the taxes and activation fee would come out to around 200 but that because of the promotion we would be getting all kinds of free stuff and that it was a really good deal. When I walked out of the store I paid a little over 260 for what I thought was a phone, phone case, screen protector, activation, and taxes.Jump forward a week and we decided that we didn't want the phone and extra line so we went back to that same Verizon store to return it as we had 30 day to do so. I knew that there would be a restocking fee off 50 and that I wouldn't be getting money back for the screen protector as it's not something you can just take off and sell to someone else. So at this point I'm guessing that my refund should be just under 200. When he gets done processing the return he says ok your refund will be 12 dollars. This is when I had them print out everything that they charged me for originally.The charged me 40 for some UV glass protector for the back of my phone which I never agreed to and they never actually did. I was never asked if I wanted this and the person processing the return said that my phone should have been under a UV light for five minutes if it was done. That never happened. When I told the guy helping us with the return that no one ever put the phone under any UV light and that I was never asked if I actually wanted this done to my phone I was told that the manager would need to contact me about the return and they never reached outThey charged 24.99 for some cord holding case which we did leave with but the man literally handed it to my husband and said here this is part of the promotion it is free with your phone. He literally said this is free for you and then charged us for it.They also apparently charge you for the cord that charges your phone. I always thought that your phone came with one but no they are charging you for it, another 40.What took a little while to figure out was that apparently Verizon had a deal going that if you buy five items you get 50 off. I was never informed of this deal until I was trying to return everything. I only agreed to the phone case and the screen protector, two items and I was charged for five things I didn't agree to. He said that taxes and activation was around 200. In reality the activation was 35 and the taxes were 60 yet I paid over 200 that day because of things I didn't know I was buying. I'm sure they do this to all of there customers to try and reach some sales goal.DONT FALL VICTIM TO THEIR SCAM SALES TACTICS!!

Seriously one of the best locations. I had a great experience working with Austin, Carter & the manager Jake. I walked out with a new phone, got a great deal and felt really taken care of. Huge thanks to the guys at this store!

One of the better Cell phone stores around. No hassling customers, just straight up business. Jake was exceptional in transferring me to Verizon from T-Mobile (Trash). New iPhone 15 pro with the vz network is great. Haven’t dropped a call yet. I absolutely recommend stopping in and getting with Jake for service.

Had the worst experiences with Verizon from coverage area to weird charges on my bill. I moved over to T Mobile and have loved it. If you want to move.They also have a deal where they buy your old phone for what you owe on it. I dint use that because my phone was payed off already. But I wish I knew about it earlier. If you have a friend who is on t-mobil already you can have you can have set up a referal account and you can get 50 buck enough for a cheap date also free thing on tmobie tuesday.

Jake was absolutely superb. He was beyond helpful, knowledgeable and quick. He was kind and great at balancing new customers while assisting us. 10/10 highly recommend him. Big thank you for all the help. We love our new phones and grateful for the phone plans.

Went in to get a new phone, Carter helped me walk through the steps for getting that started. I was shown a great selection of phones and was able to purchase, set up, and walk out with a new phone and a handful of accessories within an hour or so. Overall a great experience with solid options and friendly associates.

Christian was my sales rep. He’s such a gentleman. Extremely knowledgeable and patient with me. He multi-tasked and kept multiple customers happy and took care of their business while my data was transferring to my new phone. He explained the plan n options thoroughly. He’s the best Verizon employee I’ve ever dealt. He went above and beyond to help my daughter. He used his lunch time to go to another store to get the iPhone color she wanted. Now that’s awesome customer service and satisfaction.

Justin was not very helpful when I tried to make a payment for a friends phone. I had the verified user and pin number. He put in my debit card number twice and payment could not process. I asked if there was another way to make a payment he said no. I called another store and they were very helpful and gave an 800 number and my payment was processed immediately without a pin number. I didn't think Verizon was in the position to turn away money.
