If i could leave 0 stars I would! Customer service is so rude and very unprofessional. We just got the service last week and one of the lines never connected and I've had calls up to 3 hours long with verizon with no solution, it is so frusturating. And when I went to the store the employee was very rude, making snarky comments about how he didn't want to stay there all night because it was 5:40 pm but they are open till 7. He had a very bad attitude and was ripping things out of my hand and throwing things. But with other customers he was very nice and asking what he can do for them. Very disappointing and felt very discriminated and upset. They still have no solution and it's been 1 week and one of my phones has no service! The phone was perfectly fine before and now it doesn't work!

Zachary was very patient and helped us from start to finish. 10/10 would recommend Zachary. I wish all customer service reps were like him.

The agent helping me was very knowledgeable & courteous. I’m sorry I don’t remember his name. I came in on 10/22/23 Sunday around 2/2:30pm to buy a car charger for my phone.

Horrible customer service from Mike at this Verizon reseller. They show product in stock when it is not in stock. Then tells the customer to call Verizon if they don't like it. Bragging other customers drove an hour to their store to be turned away. They seemed more concerned with pointing fingers and having an attitude than providing customer service. He barley looked up from his computer the whole time.

Pretty inept store. You have have to make a day to go to this store. Expect to spend two hours waiting because their system is always down. Sometimes you get your problem resolved, sometimes you don't. It may sound time consuming to go to another store, but it'll actually save you time.

Mike helped me with my purchase of a new I-phone and he was so helpfuland very professional. He is an excellentcustomer service person. We went to 2 other Verizon’s, one didn’t have time to help us the other place was a 2 hour wait. We appreciate Mike’s kind service.

Meh..wanted to switch our 5 lines but the guy at baseline/mesa dr location couldnt be bothered to help. Pushed a sheet with prices to us and was not helpful at all! Very disappointing!

Mike at this store is absolutely top tier. He was informative, helpful, considerate and professional. He was able to fix all my issues and answer questions the other carrier couldn't no matter how many employees I talked to. I will forever go to this store

This store absolutely REEKED like rotten mustard or something! The employee took forever to finally ask me what I needed help with. They don’t take any cash here either. They suck go to another store.

Christian went out of his way to be helpful. He helped put the liquid glass on my phone and explained every step so my grandson could apply his own later. All at store were very helpful.

I have been needing to upgrade my IPhone for a looong time now. Usually I just order a new phone online (to avoid the store) however, this time I had to plan change which required me to go in… UGH!! Let me be clear- I HATE going into a crowded Verizon store on a weekend only to sit for 3 hours My husband and I made an appt. to go into the Verizon Victra store at Baseline and Cooper rd. We arrived and were greeted promptly!And guess what, no wait!Our representative was Christian and he was training a new hire as well at the time. She was very friendly too.Christian was polite, super knowledgeable and knew his stuff. We ended up getting a new phone, a new line, and a new IPad for such a good price our bill didn't even double!It was quiet when we came into the store, but throughout the visit there were customers that arrived.Christian handled them all effortlessly (his co-worker for the day had been ill) so he was not only training but running the store.I promise this 100% changed my view of going into a retailer for issues or service!My husband and I both thank Christian for hisknowledge, and his fast, professional yet friendly service!
