Went to buy nasal spray (the Walgreens brand) I unbox it, take off the sealant, use it. I go to put the cap back on and there is a ROACH inside of my nasal spray lid. It had been packaged with it this whole time!!! I went inside to get a refund and show them - but the employee threw the cap away while I went to my car to get the box for the refund. I didn’t want to cause a scene and ask for it back but now I’m wishing I did. I’m actually disgusted. I’m never one to complain online, and it’s not the stores fault as much as it is the manufacturers! SO NASTY!

This is a nice Walgreens location. The store itself is spacious and has plenty of product. It is clean and well maintained. The service we have received here has been friendly and efficient. It's what one might expect and want from a Walgreens store.

What a nightmare. These guys never, and I mean NEVER, have prescriptions ready when they claim they'll be ready. It's not a matter of hours or even days, but often weeks later and I never receive a call about it being late. They expect you to just keep trying again, waiting in their hellatious lines for the chance that they may have the prescription ready. Do yourself a favor and skip this pharmacy at all costs if you care about your health!

Employees are not trained at this store. Cashier wouldn't let me use a spend booster and a Register reward in the transaction. I walked vs arguing with stupid.

Worst Staff ever. Every single time they mess up and staff is rude and tone deaf. Every time prescriptions are delayed, every single time they will mess up status of medication online and make you wait for getting you meds, they would say insurance issue but when you call and lucky to talk to someone, the issue would disappear by itself,meaning those status are just delaying tactics. Every time they will say staff shortage. Today they kept me on hold for 45 mins and I decided to just drive there and when I reach there, no one is on phone, not a single person in drive through, not a single person waiting on counter, so they just chose to put people on hold. On top of that, the lady on clinter would just ignore everything. Worst ever, hopefully not coming back here.

I used to like this Walgreens but lately it always has long lines and slow staff. If there ever was a place that needed a self checkout, it's this one.

I've gone here a couple of time. When ever I go and I find something that is buy one that is like 2.27 get two for 4$ they always charge me the 2.27 for two sodas so I end up spending 5 dollars.There candy section has a very big variety of different candies in different sizes.Their beauty and skin care section is SO well organized. The beauty consultants is above and beyond sweet.The check out people's attitude vary, sometimes they are super nice. Other time it feels like they want you out of the store.In all the store is really good!

Excellent customer care from the pharmacist. She was caring, knowledgeable, and very understanding. Everyone that I spoke with during my transaction was kind, and it was an all-around good experience. Yes, they are busy and backed up at times, but kindness goes a long way. They provided wonderful care for my son, and they should know they are appreciated. Thank you.

The store randomly closed at 6:45 on a Wednesday. I waited for the staff to exit, to inquire about a prescription I needed to pick up. They told me to go to a different Walgreens. That doesn't work for every prescription, unfortunately. Instead of actually having customer service and making sure they weren't screwing a customer they were in a hurry to get in their cars and leave. 6:45 pm. What in the world. Do better Walgreens.

I have came to this location twice and both times I've sat in line for the pharmacy for an hour. The most recent time I came I sat in line and finally pulled up to the window and I guess they were heading to lunch. The tall darker pharmacist literally just said "come back later" and closed the blinds on me. I respect that they need to take lunches but he could have been friendlier and also could have told me what time they open back up. There's no notices on their drive through window of when their lunch times are. Horrible service. I've read through the reviews at this location and this is a consistent complaint. This seems to be a validation that they don't care about improving.

So glad I switched from another location. This pharmacy is so on top of all my Rx's every month (over ten). I get personal calls when there is a question, or a heads up. They have always filled my prescriptions on time, they know when to order things, they anticipate issues (w doctors, insurance, OOS, etc). And they remedy problems that may arise in a timely manner. Always polite and very respectful. And I can get through to a real person! when needed. I am very thankful for this Pharmacy- makes my life a lot easier. (:

Was in line for Drive thu pharmacy at 110pm there was a line of about 5 card ahead of me. Waited about 20 minuets only to pull up next and have them tell me they were closing for lunch. When asked when they would be returning I was ignored and they rudely pulled to blinds down without acknowledging my question. Would recommend they finish their line of cars who were there waiting for long period of time before they close for lunch. They have a camera outside so they know which cars have been waiting. Based off previous reviews this isn’t the first time this has been done.

Would highly recommend this Walgreens! My prescriptions are always ready so quick and the drive through to pick them up is never too busy! All the workers have been friendly and helpful each time i've gone!
