Wow... usually the pharmacists at this location are helpful however the one I just spoke to barely spoke English & wouldn't listen to my concerns. He basically said to follow my doctors instructions. I told him I have been & I'm still exhausted.

Walmart has most of your prescriptions in stock. They will call your Dr to fill other prescriptions when your refills are out and need the Drs orders to refill them.

Tried to pick up Insulin and they were out. Didn’t say when they were going to get more and didn’t offer assistance in helping me find some at another store. It’s just life saving medicine I need, no biggie. Hours always change here with no communication. Send an email or something bro.

Bad customer service from the Pharmacist on duty, Kimberly Heun. She was rude, unethical and very impatient with us. She refused to give covid-19 booster shot to my sister. We are asking for valid reasons and can't seem to give us a clear answer! She's either clueless or just being racist!

This location has frequently lied to me regarding my Goodrx coupon. They tell me it's "pre applied" and there's no need for them to input the information but when I check the receipt I'm still paying the standard price rather than the price stated on the coupon. What is wrong with you guys?

The Walmart pharmacist/manager is the most problematic, untrustworthy and unethical pharmacist we have ever dealt with. That statement is not hyperbole; in fact, it might be a bit modest. We started using this pharmacy because it seemed to have decent prices and it is very close to our home, but because every time we try to pick up our prescriptions from here, there is usually a problem or a few extra hoops they make us jump through. On top of her fervent desire to punish her customers, she has lied to us numerous times (first it’s a problem with insurance, but when we say we would rather pay out of pocket, she finds some other reason she feels “uncomfortable” filling the script). She has such a terrible attitude, if you even try to explain what’s going on to her she rolls her eyes and gets short with you.We will never fill a prescription with this Walmart ever again.

Walmart pharmacist/manager Vaishali Patel is the most problematic, untrustworthy and unethical pharmacist I and other members of my family have ever dealt with. That statement is not hyperbole; in fact, it might be a bit modest. We started using this pharmacy because it seemed to have decent prices and it is very close to our home, but because every time we try to pick up our prescriptions from here, there is usually a problem or a few extra hoops they make us jump through. Recently my doctor e-filed one of my prescriptions with the Walmart on Market St., which Patel manages. When my wife went to pick it up, Patel told her she was unable to fill the prescription because, according to Patel, insurance wouldn't cover it. Then my wife told Patel we would pay for it out of pocket, and Patel said, "OK." But then I received a phone call at home from Patel while my wife waited in the store for the script to get filled. Patel told me she needed to talk to my doctor before she would fill it. So initially she LIED to my wife that it was an insurance issue and not some other concern, which we found out was because this drug could possibly have an interaction with another prescription that I take. The thing is my doctor already knew about the possible negative interaction with the other drug, but since I had already taken both drugs for more than six months with zero negative effects, he was perfectly fine prescribing this drug in the first place. Still, Patel insisted she get approval from my doctor before she would fill it. We ended up going back to Walmart the next day to pick up the script. One month later, I went back to get a REFILL of this VERY SAME prescription. This time Patel tells me she cannot refill it because she has concerns about it interacting with another drug I take. Right. This is the VERY SAME reason she gave me for not filling this very prescription the last time. I told her she filled this script the last time after she got approval from my doctor. She told me it wasn't indicated in her system. When I asked her why this wasn't noted in her system she told me, "I don't know." So even though I had taken this prescription alongside the other drug for seven months with zero negative effects, and even though my doctor prescribed this prescription knowing that it would not affect me with the other drug in a negative way, and EVEN THOUGH Patel herself prescribed this VERY drug to me last month with the other prescriptions I'm on noted in her system... she said she was "Uncomfortable" re-filling this prescription until she spoke with my doctor... again... On top of Patel's fervent desire to punish her customers, she has such a terrible attitude, if you try to explain things to her she rolls her eyes and gets short with you. We will never fill a prescription with this Walmart ever again. We will also be filing a complaint with the state board of pharmacy...

If you happen to be a person of color and get prescription pain meds (I.E. Narcotics) Walmart will treat you like you are a person who is addicted. They will call your office and spread lies. They are not human when it comes to people of color. Especially Shaila and Vaishali. Those two women are not people of color but the the way they will treat a customer is horrible. I called asking for the District Managers information and I was told I could not have it. Then when I went into the store totally upset that these two woman said I had been into their store causing a big scene, which I had not even gone into the store, I sent my son a few days earlier. But these two women took it upon themselves to lie, so when I went into the store I did bang on the plastic glass not hard but enough to get their attention, I said this then and I am saying it again. THEY ARE PREJUDICE AGAINST BLACK PEOPLE. I was allowed to have the District Manager's name at that time, his name is John Reen and his phone is 480-204-6800, will not even consider your complaint. I was told they were gonna call the police on me for banging on the plastic glass, never mind that his employees were out of line. Customer Service goes a long way. My relationship with the pharmacy is over. I will not spend money there. I guess this is really what I get, Target has more class and they do know how to treat their people. Funny how John did not care about the customer, but I can see where his employees get their attitude and training from.

Disappointing at best. I was told I could get a few pills for my prescription because they didn’t have it in stock - again. I have a hard time understanding why they rarely have the medication I get every month from this same location for over two years. Was told when I arrived that it would be a few minutes. There was not anyone else at the pharmacy waiting or being assisted for the full 20 mins I was waiting. Finally I stood at a window waiting to be helped. I received no acknowledgment that I was there. Finally I turned around and left. How is this appropriate customer service?

Usually a good, reliable, friendly pharmacy. Maybe today the rep on the phone was having a bad day. Still no excuse for sounding like I was bothering her and that maybe I should pickup my medicine at a different location.

This is by far the worst pharmacy. There is always a long wAit and every month there's always a "new" policy they make up. 1. The law mandates it takes an hour. A. I picked it up in 20 minutes Lie 2. The law mandates you have a consult A. I have one from them once ever 4-5 pick ups Lie 3. You must have a doctors note stating WHY A. So much for dr patient confidentiality Walmart get it together this is ridiculous.
