Went inside to get new customer information, the lady with the green stripe in her hair had a bad attitude as I walked in. She dont like white people. After about 5 mins of her snotatude I left.I will be contacting the Federal trade commision and filing a complaint. When they finish you wont be in business anymore.

If your thinking of getting cricket service. Ask yourself this what kind of company will admit they have a glitches in there system. And tell you they will not credit your bill for the time you are without service but they will give you a discount on a new phone . Go make up for there poor service . And if you don't buy the phone tell you it's just gonna take some time . If your phones not working in the next 10 days you should probably buy another phone from them . If your in the market for a new phone company who can't figure out 5g go to cricket

Rude customer service, last time I went in she was talking to someone on the phone. If something is wrong with you phone or u don’t know how to use it they don’t even try to explain they just do what they need to do to send u out the door

Every employee I’ve encountered not only at this location, but multiple other ones the employees are just rude and detached.. always act like it’s a burden you’re there and making them do something. Every. Single. Time.

Came during business hours Monday threw Saturday 9 to 7 it is 5:05 and the doors are locked, store is closed no signs either. Horrible for service
