I have been a USAA customer for over 9 years. Every year my homeowners and my auto insurance have increased. We have zero claims and no tickets or accidents. The customer service was horrendous.I decided to get some new quotes for the two policies, and Corrina was AWESOME! She even worked on Saturday, and our home and auto insurance was reduced by $1602.00 a year! Our auto insurance with USAA for $50,000/$100,000/$50,000 was increased to $100,000/$300,000/$100,000 at a better rate! I would highly recommend Corinna at Farmers Insurance.

This "agent" is unprofessional and a real piece of work! He's a bully to his customers and very shady. This j*** doesn't care for his customers or for the Farmers name. He gives the company a bad name. Shame he's still in business and customers allow him to tell them what to do, how to do it, and when. Please avoid this agent at all cost!

I wasn't able to reach my Farmers Insurance agent, so I called Brian. Brian went out of his way to answer questions about umbrella policies and advised me on my best options even if it meant using a different company. Honest and helpful.

Brian was very helpful answering very detailed questions I had regarding my insurance needs, and spent a lot of time at my home going over policies I was buying. I highly recommend his agency, great customer service from his staff too!
