Honestly, they are super sweet helpful. Soon as I call them, they done a lot of job for me. They work hard and honestly they deserve the five star. I’m so glad I find them I have my accommodation Insurance with them and I soon as I messaged them I need anything they do it ASAP. They respond right away when I send them any text message and they happy to help

Lynnea and Cody from GenShield are awesome! I am a first time owner and operator and I was nervous when calling around for insurance quotes, Lynnea and Cody made my experience super easy and painless and fast when it came time for me to get insurance. Any questions I had Lynnea was on top of and had an answer for me right away. If I could give them a 10 star review I would! I will recommend them to all my family and friends! Thank you guys!

Do Not Use “GENSHIELD” Cody was recommended to me about 2 months ago. I have a problem w/my policy I contacted him & He told me we needed to do a change of agent on record w/progressive first.
We did that immediately. Talked over my problem and he said “ don’t worry bout anything we will take care of you!” He and his wife seemed so genuine I even looked at all these reviews on here.. I really don’t understand they just wouldn’t respond!
Since the 2 first phone calls he’s been non responsive, no call backs no response to my emails or texts. He and his wife are complete losers!! I recommend anyone to find a different insurance company these ppl are complete liars. I called progressive today and found out they never even filed the “ change of agent on record “
I thought I had an agent working to help me & I had nothing!! Completely unprofessional!!
