We went in with an appointment which was made easy and simple through the location's , scheduling a meeting with a Tax Expert to file my tax returns. Mark Miskell was understanding and supportive. He was helpful, honest, and caring, guiding us through the process and making everything quick and simple. As quickly as I had brought everything in, He had processed our info and got it done as quick as possible. I highly suggest coming here to file Tax work needed through Mark Miskell or other professionals at this location. I will come back again when needed any of their services. Definitely recommended.

I have used HR Block in previous years in my hometown of Illinois and always felt their accountants were helpful and knowledgeable. HOWEVER, this year I filed in AZ and had the most exceptional accountant to date, Mark Miskell. It's been a difficult year for me and he went above and beyond with sharing his expertise and guidance in how to prepare for next tax season. An extraordinary asset to HR Block. Thank you, Mark.

I have dealt with better. It seemed like my timing to do taxes was an inconvenience to them. All documents had to be uploaded on their site…yet for every other tax preparer in AZ this is not a thing. I felt like I was doing half their job for them as they are over priced already. Decided to take my business elsewhere which was cheaper and much friendlier. I will not use Block again. Sometimes it’s best to shop elsewhere.
