I have dealt with better. It seemed like my timing to do taxes was an inconvenience to them. All documents had to be uploaded on their site…yet for every other tax preparer in AZ this is not a thing. I felt like I was doing half their job for them as they are over priced already. Decided to take my business elsewhere which was cheaper and much friendlier. I will not use Block again. Sometimes it’s best to shop elsewhere.

This H&R Block location is convenient and the team there is extremely professional. They have helped me the last 2 years. I do not regret using their services.

The Tax Preparation Professional Karen made the experience very pleasant and stress-free. She explained every step of the process in clear detail to help me fully understand the refund outcome. Karen also provided some great information regarding questions I had about doing businesses taxes as a future realtor. I am Very happy I chose to come to this location and had the opportunity to go through Karen.

Been using H&R Block for 5 years. I usually do my taxes online with H&R Block, but since I have more expenses and things to file, I decided to file in person. The dude who did mine and my husband's taxes was nice, made suggestions, explained everything to us clearly and took his time to do our taxes ensuring everything was correct and efficient. There's like a 95% chance that I'll be using H&R Block again next year.
