Paid them thousands to do my taxes, neglected to tell me I owed 5 figures. Now I owe penalties... Why pay a professional when you are forced to learn the tax law yourself to check the work.

months ago, I reached out to this company to become a new client, I received a welcome email and an appointment, but the CPA never showed up for the appointment, when I called to make another appointment, the snorty front desk person told me that they don't accept new client
