Jay customer service rep is excellent. However, your call-center customer service is one of the worst experiences I have had. You need a whole new system and I hope you do it quick.

i had to put 1 star to post but they get zero stars "f" amerigas this lowlife company ripped my 93 year old bedridden aunt off for $10,000 by hitting her bank account for over 2 years on autopay without ever delivering a single gallon of propane. amerigas is guilty of fraud theft of service and elder abuse. we have hired a lawyer to sue the company and have called all the tv stations department of consumer affairs and anyone else who will help us expose these rats for the pieces of s**t they are.

do not use this company. lies and deception. no representative in the area. the headquarters is in pennsylvania. the agents lie and transfer you to parts unknown. i have called and logged 13 times about my tank rental. it went from $80.29 to $963.00. overnight. that was after the original rental payment was satisfied. i had to cancel service, got no explanation or satisfaction. this was the worse business i have ever dealt with. i have no idea how they are still in business. please save yourself the headaches and go elsewhere.

You still owe me 300.00 . This is the 3rd time we have run out of propane I put in for 300.00 next day delivery it did come for a week. Trying to get ahold of someone is ridiculous I’ve been hung up on. Twice I was also hung up on when trying to be transferred to a supervisor. When the tank is 30 percent I will call you to have the tank removed from my property 40 days in advance. You are the very worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I will never recommend you to anyone.

Knowledgeable high energy employee delivered my gas. But I'm confused on the auto pay and auto delivery. I'd recommend to stay away from anything \\\" automatic \\\" about this company. I'm on auto fill and it will take a month or more for the gas to be delivered after the \\\"auto fill\\\" is processed. Like I said, I don't get it. I'm on auto fill but I still have to call and ask when will my gas be delivered?! With the price increases, I've found heating my place with electric baseboard heaters much cheaper. I might even convert to electric stove and hot water heater. Kinda sucks because I just replaced my furnace and hot water heater.

Four days after the promised delivery date still no delivery. Fortunately we live in a warm area but what awful customer service. If you have any other options I would use them. I’m not sure how they stay in business.

I called AmeriGas to find out what their delivery rates were and the person who answered had no clue. He had to ask someone and they said \"I always tell them $30, just to be safe.\" This was not helpful and I would not ever use them because of this!

Great customer service - driver contacted us before delivery. Upon arrival (we were not home) he discovered an issue we needed to address before delivery could be made. He contacted us and explained what needed to be done. After it was done I called and rescheduled delivery and they delivered when they said they would.

We had been waiting to get propane with another company for 2 months and finally gave up and called Amerigas. There service was great and we now have propane. They have a customer for life. Great company and great employees.

They used to be the best. Always answering the phone and helpful, now you are routed to a call center in another country! One of the agents I talked to in an Asian accent told me she wanted to make me "Happy, Happy" and could not answer my questions!!!! They are now the worst ever. I would rate them a negative 100 if I could. My automatic delivery stopped for some reason. Now I am a disabled widow with no way to cook, take a warm bath, heat my home, etc!!! I plan to change companies as soon as I can!
