Received an email from BofA this morning that states they are closing this branch on January 11th, 2022. Now where the fk am I supposed to take my 80-something y/o mother? She has had several strokes and doesn't understand why the bank is closing or that she has other banking facilities to use. She does not know how to use a computer/phone or how to pay bills electronically (and won't let me show her/do it for her), insisting on doing her banking in person and paying her bills by check -- she doesn't even have a debit card (or know how to use one). Now I'm going to have to drive her to BHC or Kingman twice a month so she can take care of business -- or are you going to close those branches, too? (In which case, the nearest branch would be more than 3 hours away in Prescott). Thanks for making things even more complicated for me .

My husband and I are starting a small transport business and the new manager, Lisa Barker at BofA, was just the person we needed to meet. She is knowledgeable of all the products and very informative. She helped us open an account, checking, debit, credit and all things related to our particular needs. She is accommodating, friendly and professional. Bank of America is fortunate to have such a representative. We highly recommend BofA due to our experience interacting with Lisa Barker.

For the amount of staff this branch have they are still able to maintain the bank open. Talk about dedication they have for the customers. They need to be thanked and not harassed and be told negative stuff. If it was the other way around or your family member believe me you would not like it at all. So please come in being positive and remember to say thank you to the staff.

Walk in with tons of people waiting and a few sitting off to the side waiting as well. One person working and 2 others standing around. Someone delivered a bunch of food to them and of course they were quick to grab that. Its 10AM on a Friday there's no reason why there is only one person working!

I got real tired of this branch closing down, re-opening and then closing down again. Then one day when they were open I went in to make a cash deposit and the rent-a-cop at the door wouldn't let me in without a face mask even though I told explained that I had a medical exemption. He wouldn't even let me talk to the manager. I tried calling the bank but they don't answer the phone so I wrote a letter to the manager. Never got a response. No letter, no phone call, not even an email. That was it. They lost a 12 year customer and they probably don't even care. I will never do business with them again.

Wish I could give us a zero! Your name says Bank of America but maybe it should be bank of Venezuela! Really, make withdrawals unavailable through ATM and not notify ppl. Close most of your branches and not notify us- oh and support certain political parties. Forever and ever I'm closing my accounts with you.

UPDATE CLOSED SINCE 06-24-20CLOSED AGAIN ALL DAY!!! HORRIBLE BANKABSOLUTELY THE WORST ILL-EQUIPPED BANK EVER!!! BofA SUCKS!!!1) There is only ONE BofA (two ATMs) in Lake Havasu! 2) They cut the hours and close the drive-up during the stupid Covid crap!3) They arbitrarily close whenever they please and blame it on "computer issues"... SERIOUSLY? Ridiculous! BofA has A LOT OF "computer issues"!!!4) They DON'T provide any coverage, shade, pop-ups, NOTHING from the sun and the 100+ degree AZ temperature but they MAKE YOU STAND OUTSIDE until the security guard lets you inside.5) The ATM only gives $20's... SERIOUSLY?? What year is it? Other real banks have the choice to pick larger denominations!!!6) Good luck having to call the 800 number because they are horrible and can't answer most questions.7) If and when you manage to get to a teller... only a few are nice. The bankers are so rude if you need to make an appointment if you need something else.I feel bad for the people on unemployment because AZ chose this HORRIBLE bank to use as the DES card.

The management is obviously discriminatory in hiring as I never ever see any male staff here except for the times I see a Security Guard. I honestly do not feel like a valued customer here and my constant interaction with this branch reaffirms my beliefs that Banks should be nationalized.

Just like any other B of A - great customer service. It's the only one around for miles and they can be busy.

An absolute nightmare! This branch and financial institution should not be allowed anywhere near one cent of a customer's money. The utter neglect and lack of follow up when opening a checking account, puts the account holder in financial danger due to misinformation and lack of communication between the parent bank and this particular branch, They will not answer the phone at the branch and the customer service representatives at the B-of-A call center are rude and unaccountable. Avoid this establishment at all costs! A zero star rating is not an option, but more accurately reflects this bank.

An absolute nightmare! This branch and financial institution should not be allowed anywhere near one cent of a customer's money. The utter neglect and lack of follow up when opening a checking account, puts the account holder in financial danger due to misinformation and lack of communication between the parent bank and this particular branch. Much like one of the 2 other reviews here, my account was closed, due to no fault of my own, after following the instructions given by the call center and driving 67 miles to provide the branch with 2 forms of identification (Passport and Driver's Licence). After providing this identification and depositing cash in person, the account was closed a day later, online account access was blocked and I have no access to my money because the Havasu branch failed to call the main bank to verify my identity and remove a hold. They will not answer the phone at the branch and the customer service representatives at the B-of-A call center are rude and unaccountable. Avoid this establishment at all costs! A zero star rating is not an option, but more accurately reflects this bank.
