This Bank is now Owned by PNC Bank The Service has gone so far down Hill it cant get any lower! Recently did a Heloc Loan this should have taken less than 2 weeks Started the process in October and was scheduled finally to close Jan 18th at 11 am! Arrived at bank to sign closing papers after waiting a week for my appointment and when I get there I am informed the Loan Officer ( of which they have Two ) called in sick the Friday before and Wont be back for 10 Days yet they failed to call any of his Appointments to notify them not to waste their time driving in? Beyond that the other loan officer there Suzanne Lathrop said to me when i expressed my dissatisfaction with taking a day off work to come so this she had the Nerve to say " What Work" How Disrespectful? Why didnt she finish out closing my loan instead of Disrespecting me in a crowd of 20 people waiting for a Single Teller they had working! We also had problems with the appraiser they sent out ! Theire Appraiser Refused to Wear A Mask as She did our Appraisel! This was before Thanksgiving and we wanted to be safe as we were going to visit family the next week! A reasonable request and she just Drove away leaving us stuck having to wait for another appraiser which PNC Said they would have By Friday, which forced us to cancel our plans to spend Thanksgiving with family! It took them till December to get a Appraiser to come out! Here we are Jan 18 with still no closing and when we called the lensing department the loan officer there is on Vacation till January 24 before she will be back in office! AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL COSTS!!! They have no tellers! No walk up Atm! No Customer Service! Their main office for a complaint leaves you on hold For HOURS! Beware of PNC Bank!!!!

I was absolutely helpless. if I didn't have paypal connected to other credit cards I would have been totally screwed. You name it, everything went wrong with my account. How can a brand new debit card be compromised..if it was never activated??! If it wasn't for Ronnie, one of the tellers here in town, I would still be out of luck. She helped me enormously, but it took her almost 30 minutes. I felt so bad for everyone in line, because they only had 2 tellers. What's that all about!!? If it wasn't going to be such a big hassle, I would close my account and go to another bank. I can't believe NO ONE is still not answering the phones here locally and the main Customer number for PNC. Just a horrible experience!

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with a bank so far. It was just fine when it was BBVA. Now I’m closing all my accounts and finding a new bank. I’m over it. You can’t even call as soon as they answer they just hang up on you. Then if you go in your gonna be waiting in line for upwards of an hour. And they still have no sense of urgency only having 2 tellers working when they have a line out the door. If I could I would leave them a negative rating honestly. I urge you guys to take your business elsewhere

A BIG heartwarming "Thank you" to Debbie and Suzanne at this branch. Even over the phone, Debbie and Suzanne were able to rectify a complaint that I had filed the night prior due to the horrible customer service from BBVA's main HELOC Line and Department. To Debbie and Suzanne, thank you for your expedited thoughtfulness and ability to fix our issue. You put a smile on a face that was in tears the night before. Thank you!!!

Joseph took a courteous, very patient approach to helping me sort out an issue regarding my account and mailing address. I thought a resolution would take a while but it was a simple matter and he solved it much quicker than I thought it would be handled. Thanks, BBVA.

What a terrible bank, my son went to deposit a small amount of money ($80) on Friday 1/3/2020 thru the atm at there location. The atm breaks down while he was doing the deposite. He spoke to a Sharon and they then tell my son that they would have make sure that once they do a recount of the funds in the machine they would refund him his money, within 24/48 hrs..apparently the machine didn't capture the deposit ( conveniently) . It is now 1/12/2020 and his deposits is still has not been process. Its banks like this that act very poorly to resolve customers issues when its at their own expense . I have waited patiently for them to resolve my son's issue,but it get to a point where I eventually will need to make a call to the highier ups @ BBVA,, This is not the kind of service one looks forward to.

Sharon was amazing! Just got into town a couple days ago, she set me up with free checking, helped me with the app, gave me papers for direct deposit and made it a pleasant experience that gave me confidence in having a new bank!

I went in to open a check book and the lady Lisa was so incredibly rude I couldn't believe it. She was no help kept repeating things and just raised her voice and had a very rude tone. This lady ruined my day and almost made me leave that bank.

I highly recommend AVOIDING the lady “Lisaâ€. I went to close my previous account and transfer funds over to a new account. Lisa gladly told me I would still have access to the funds in my account. After it was all said and done I walked out with NO way to access my money because she canceled a card she claimed wouldn't be canceled! She was also very rude and sarcastic which resulted in things getting incredibly screwed up with my account. Aside from her the staff seems to be kind.
