We love the store in general but most definitely not the customer service they were rude to us assuming we were from California and they made us feel like they had better things to do besides help me so I had better things to do then help pay their wages. Hopefully big lots does something about it or they will lose a lot of business

Store stock is pretty limited, a lot of nearly empty shelves, but prices are fair and staff was friendly

Hey just wanted to thank this Big Lots. I went to exchange an item because I could not open the screw top lid. And the cashier saved be the trouble as she popped the top!

I like to shop at Big Lots to buy their large size boxes of coffee and they have great prices for cereal. I just wish they carried more of a variety. The employees are friendly and helpful.
