Prices are way high now and they dont even have dressing rooms anymore. If you buy something and it dont fit you have 7 days to return it. People need dressing rooms to try pants on!!!! There's hardley any color tags that are on sale. Some stuff from $ store priced double. Racks are so tight you cant even look through them.

VERY high prices for donated inventory!!!NO fitting rooms!!Messy with over-filled racks & shelves!Dirty floors are "trip hazards".(The south end Goodwill by Bash's is much nicer & cleaner but still too spendy.)Greed is so unattractive & so totally unnecessary!Go to Hospice! Or Veteran's! Or Senior Center! All are much better!!!Lots of great options in Havasu.

A very large inventory of clothing, and miscellaneous items. The store was clean and didn't smell like dirty laundry like some other Goodwill and Salvation Army stores. The lines can be quite long at times, but the employees are very hard working and friendly. Yes prices have gone up, but what hasn't. Overall, not a bad store.

I really enjoy shopping at this Goodwill on McCulloch. They always have a great selection of items. The staff are super friendly, some who have been there since they opened. Managers have always been very helpful and reasonable.Great job!

Cluttered and messy. Overpriced donated used items.Thrift shops were once an affordable place to purchase clothing and other goods, especially for people that have a limited income. Its understandable that sometimes expensive items are donated to the store and it's priced high. However, ordinary clothing and household items shouldn't be more expensive than Walmart or Ross.

The prices have skyrocketed . Things are not selling so the shelves are always a mess. I have been shopping here for 7 years. Most of the 5 star reviews were from years ago. The bad reviews are from recent sales. I used to love shopping at goodwill but not lately. Especially since the items have been donated. I gave it 2 stars only because the employees are very nice.

Talk about overpriced… somebody’s been doing google searches and charging full price plus some for “donated” items

I went there last week and purchase a TV and when I got home it was broken. The outlet in the back was broken so I couldn’t test it before I purchased. Goodwill doesn’t test merchandise before they put on the floor. I then went back today to purchase a rug that was on sale for $2 because of the color of the week. It had a ripped tag and was $30. Then the manager named Tito repriced it for $40 and with a different color so I couldn’t get it for the sale price. I never seen someone reprice something for more money right in front of my face. I was insulted. Onions to goodwill.

Had an encounter today with Michelle H. She was incredibly rude to my 90 year old father and myself. She huffed and puffed because he asked to have his 'crystal' clock put in a separate bag from the large wood clock he purchased. And then she huffed and puffed at me and the customer behind me. Let's step back for moment.... she is working at the GOODWILL without any good will toward the customers who pay her salary. KINDNESS is free - she had none. Otherwise - I always find treasures in this store - NOTE to the checkers... one mans trash is another mans treasure. Those who purchase items at this store should be treated with respect and kindness - loose the huffing and puffing Michelle - AND never tell my dad he is a piece of work again. Shame on you! YOU are there to serve your customers not criticize them. Take a deep breath and take a day off if you cannot not be KIND!

Too expensive unless you happen to find a color of the week
