Canceling my appointment saying they thought it was 330 not 430 when it was in the text they sent and instead of calling or texting me to ask why I wasn’t there they waited till 4:05pm to text me saying they got the times wrong and can’t get me in till Monday because they’re going out of town…. I had plans to and now I can’t find any one to cut my hair before I go now. Will not be using them again. Very disappointing.

Lucia listened to what I was hoping to achieve with my coloring-getting rid of gray, and more. She used her experience making suggestions and we came up with a plan. She was right-on. I made an appointment online and chatted with someone about what services I needed done. In the Google chat, the person I was chatting with didn’t have a name, just “Havasu Hair Salon.” We booked an appointment at 1pm for a day the following week. I typically like to arrive at least 10 minutes before any appointment, but that day my partner and I were out shopping earlier that day for his suit for our wedding and it was taking longer than we anticipated. My fiancé ended up just having to drop me off at the salon and I ran in at exactly 1:00. I was greeted by one of the stylists and told “someone would be right with me.” So I sat down in the waiting area and waited. 30 minutes passed and the same stylist that greeted me asked me if I was waiting for someone. I told her I had a 1:00 appointment. She asked me who my appointment was with, and I told her “I’m not sure, I booked it online and the person I was chatting with didn’t have a name.” After questioning if I was sure I was at the right salon, she said “that’s weird, the only person that books online here is our owner and she just left. Let me call her.”She called the owner and ended up handing me her phone so she could speak to me. The owner profusely apologized to me saying she thought her 1:00 appointment was a no-show. She asked my contact information and said she’d try to get me in within the next few days.At this point, I was embarrassed. After I hung up the phone with her I had to stand outside waiting for my fiancée to come back to pick me up.I hate leaving poor reviews. But I really didn’t understand how the owner of the salon was in there when I arrived, and no one asked if I had an appointment until 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment, which I showed up on time for. I really debated on going back because my wedding was the following week and I desperately needed a cut and color, but I ended up booking elsewhere.All in all, I left very bummed because this would’ve been my first hair appointment since moving to Havasu and this salon’s reviews were raving, but I unfortunately did not have the experience I was hoping for.

Kelsey was Wonderful!! You are always apprehensive trying a new stylist but Kelsey amazed me!! She took the time at first to go over what I wanted, listened and made great suggestions! Haven’t had this great a cut for a long time!!

I’m obsessed with Lucia’s work! She’s super sweet and I couldn’t be happier with how my hair turned out! Thank youuu ?
