If you went to Sharon Heineke double check everything! I found out today they left out some numbers on my bank account information so I am delinquent. It costs nearly $500 for me to sit for over 4 hours and have someone who seemed to be under the influence trying to copy numbers. I'm going to be paying for this mistake for a while. Lesson learned. Unbelievable incompetence.If anyone has worked with H&R in Havasu and you did not have issues consider yourself fortunate because I even have the additional protection plan and they truly do not care. If there is a mistake better hope you document everything well and can afford an attorney. Fortunately, I now can.

My tax professional, Linda, is very knowledgeable and completes my tax returns in a timely manner. Linda remembers me from year to year and always is interested in me and what I've done over the last year. Very competent and great customer service.

H&R Block has done our taxes for many years and have never had an issue. Our taxes always get done right. The tax preparers are very nice to work with. They explain things to us when we have questions.
