Experience with the sales and technical staff was excellent. This group of people are extremely experienced in all areas of the RV world. I purchased a used Monaco that was totally gone over bumper to bumper and what ever was needed to get it almost as new was completed. What ever we discussed, or questioned was done without trying to short change. This is the place to purchase an RV.

July 16th my husband and I purchased a boat. We put down a down payment of $1500. On the night of July 16th I was involved in a domestic violence situation with my husband who is now incarcerated in Mohave County jail until May, 2016.
On July 18th I called and spoke with Mike to inform him I would no longer be able to purchase the boat. I was informed JR Motors had another buyer and that the boat would be sold within the week. I was told not to worry. I returned a call a week later and was told again by Mike that JR Motors was only going to keep $300 - $500 of the original deposit and that the balance would be returned to my husbands bank account.
It has now been 4 months and I recently contacted Mike, the salesman and also contacted the general manager of JR Motors. At that point with speaking with Mike he could not answer any of my questions correctly so he referred to the general manager who's name I cannot remember.
At this point the GM told me they were going to keep the entire deposit and at that point I requested a copy of the contract. The GM told me to have my divorce lawyer contact them and he refused to give me a copy of my contract and told me it was not his problem because I was product of domestic violence. I was told by Mike that the boat was sold within a week of me contacting him. I was told because of the quick sale I was going to receive a portion of my deposit back.

Recently purchased a 2023 Alliance Valor from JR Motors and Chrystie was amazing to work with. The whole process from seeing it to picking it up was quick and easy. We had an issue with the generator once we got it home and were able to take it back and have it fixed. We just took it out for our first trip and we are looking forward to more! Thanks again to Chrystie and JR Motors for making the process so streamlined so we could get out on the road.

First class experience purchasing an Alliance Valor 44v14 toy hauler from JRs. Chrystie was our sales lady and she was extremely easy to work with and competent in her job. The whole staff was utmost professionals. Straight forward, honest, and competitive pricing. I drove over 6 hours to purchase from JRs vice much closer areas like Tucson and Phoenix. Highly recommend if you are in the market for an RV.

Worst and rude service in Havasu. Not only that they will not service a product unless you buy something from the.. Even though the manufacture directed me to them . Sorry business. Never will recomend.
