I have purchased 5 pieces of Jewelry from Kay's. 3 of the pieces have broken already. Just picked up a ring last Monday 2/19 had it sized and gave it to my girlfriend on Tuesday 2/20 and the stone fell out of the setting that evening on 2/20. Unbelievable. Also two bracelets broke. A gold chain and a sapphire bracelet broke. I had to take both pieces to another Jeweler to fix. Do not buy there bracelets or rings they are not put together correctly. Junk... I will never buy from Kay's.

Purchased a custom $4500engagement ring three years ago. Every trip to have ring checked and cleaned has been very poor service...if any..Henderson,Nevada store replaced a diamond that fell out and took three weeks to return ring..Today..Havasu store never greeted me or asked me what I needed done.. four clerks in store..so 25 minutes of waiting..I left. Very disappointed I shopped your company.

I had the best experience at the Lake Havasu City, AZ store. I had an idea of what I was looking for in a wedding band with my wedding just 3 weeks away! I was kindly helped by Andrea and gave her the description of what I was looking for. She took me over to a section and the second ring I looked at was the perfect one! She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the ring! Her service was excellent! The ring just happen to fit and I left with my ring as a very happy customer!

Depressing experience. Not a very interactive environment. Staff throughout seem miserable, from the manager and even other floor staff. Cabinets weren't the cleanest and the floor definitely could do with a clean. Maybe its just the heat (even though the place has AC) or maybe the staff just don't care. Wouldn't recommend.

I went in Thursday around 12:30 PM. I was greeted by a woman with blonde hair and I was immediately asked what my budget was for an engagement ring, when I told her that I had a high budget I was met with a look of shock and disbelief.I pointed out to her several ones I liked but she kept telling me what the prices were and spoke down to me the whole time. This is without a doubt racial profiling as I'm a Hispanic man and I had just gotten off of work a few hours ago. I left without buying anything after she told me that she "had her eyes on me" when she went to go answer a question another patron had.

**Update to review 6/2/23**I was contacted by management at Kay Jewelers due to my review. I wanted to update my review, since they did in fact, make it right with my ring. They fixed it at zero charge and even expedited the service due to an inconvenience. I appreciate the staff for doing this! I am pleased with the outcome. Thank you!

Very disappointed after my recent visit (5/9/23) to Kay Jewelers. I had purchased a wedding ring enhancer in mid-February. When they soldered the enhancer to my original wedding ring (not purchased at Kay), they resized them to a bigger size to fit. Six weeks later, a diamond falls out of my original wedding ring. Thankfully, I have the diamond. I take it in to Kay to see if they can put my diamond back in my ring. The diamond is probably a .05 point diamond. It's an accent one and tiny. The lady I spoke to told me it was going to be $450 to put a diamond back in my ring (honestly the diamond is probably worth $30 it's so tiny)! I told her no, there is no way that the little diamond is worth $450 of labor! In the meantime, she checks my enhancer band that I just purchased six weeks prior and says I have three diamonds in it that are loose. I told her I don't know how that is, when I just got it back a little over a month ago and I don't wear it all day or even every day sometimes. I asked her if I could have the three stones in my enhancer fixed so one doesn't fall out and she said that in order for me to have that fixed, I have to pay the $450 to fix the little diamond first! Are you serious?! Seems like blackmail to me! I asked her what would happen if I wore the ring as I left. She said she had to mark down that the enhancer had three loose stones and doesn't suggest I wear it, otherwise Kay isn't responsible for a lost diamond. I have to find someone to first fix my little diamond in my original ring and then bring it back to fix the enhancer. In my opinion, all of the stones are loose and one fell out because they resized the ring and the prongs weren't checked before giving it back to me. I'm so disappointed that I purchased from Kay. This will be the last purchase from me and I'll be letting people know they don't stand behind their workmanship or the extended warranty I purchased for the enhancer.

The staff was amazing and superbly helpful. If their repair shop was better at helping these employees complete requested tasks, I’d give this crew 5 stars.The repair shop seems to have zero quality control or ability to complete a job- a big 0 for them.
