Lab Corps website is mis information. They never post you need a Doctors Order to get a blood test. Cris, or Chris the receptionist was so rude when I challenged the procedure on how I was able to make an appointment without an “order”, she said “go home”. My lab work is a life or death lab. Not some kind of game. Chris should be fired immediately for her lack of help or support. I will be contacting the BBB and the Lake Havasu Chamber.

Went there today. Christina got my blood draw on the first attempt and didn't have to use my hand. Thank you! She is professional and excellent at her profession.

The check in Kiosks are a joke, waited for my appt only to be told they cant do... wait for... my labs. I set two different appts online.Do whatever you can to find another lab to go. They will not do all your labs at the same time. Ive been here twice now, first I was too late to do the pre-employment drug screen because you have to be there before like 1:30PM. Now I get here at 9:30AM and Im too early to get my TB titer. So she says I have to have two separate appt for labs !!! WTH ! I sure as hell dont have time to run back and forth for multiple appts to get stabbed and piss in a cup.Jesus Christ !!! Youre a lab !!!! Horrible !!!!

This and every LabCorp across the country employees the bottom of the barrel staff. I have a standing order for the same lab work, every Friday. Yet they seem to always loose my paperwork. What a joke. Try going to Quest.

Will not go back here ever again. First of all you got to wait a long time. Second the front desk girls aren't friendly. Third I'm very sensitive patient and very hard to get blood out of me. The phobotomist had No bed side manners, she clearly is in the wrong career, no empathy what so ever. I told her no one can get blood from me, and that she needs to use a butterfly needle. She got passed at me. She stuck me in the wrist. Didn't warn me that she was gonna put the needle in, every nurse has warned me before. She just jammed it in there, and I said OUCH and she yanked the needle out, threw a fit and said, she wasn't gonna handle me. If you can't handle a sensitive patient than ask another nurse to take over. Some people are petrified of needles. She clearly is in the wrong field. They wouldn't give me her name. Not cool at all.

Not surprised by the reviews at this particular Lab Corp. After many years of coming to Lab Corp at various locations, I was accused of of being a liar and never being at a Lab Corp before. I've been using Lab Corp for 20 years, various locations depending on which home Im at at that particular time of year. The Lab slip from my doctor ordered a special blood draw for my disease. Time wasn't an issue.They just refused to do it. Four women standing there in the office refusing service to a disabled veteran. Like a pack of wild dogs.Calling the ADA today and already called corporate.Discrimination 100% Just terrible treatment, so shameful

Phlebotomist was very good and professional. Office staff mocked a woman who called asking questions and were dismissive of an elderly man needing help with the kiosk.

AWFUL. First they say online they are open at 6 am and have a line of 10+ people out in the cold. My apt was for 6:45 and they didn’t even open till 7 !!! Why take an apt for 6:45 and want me there at 6:30 if you don’t open till 7 ???? After all that they couldn’t even do my blood work. Terrible place.

If one Googles LabCorp Google says they open at 6 which is wrong. Their own website says 7, which is correct. They have contacted Google, nothing gets changed. Google, you need to fix this.

I take my Dad here to get his lab work done and its in and out! Nice people walk in usually is a wait but we were in and out in 10 mins!

Very rude....... about 4 workers were just sitting and doing nothing but chatting.. not enough parking for handicap. Had to park in dirtied area and my husband is in a wheelchairNot a very good experience.

If you are a contractor don't work for them. They will give you the run around for months about getting paid and admit theft of service. Avoid doing any work here.
