It's more like a cell in the rooms. Thin walls, rude staff, can hear everything. Beds are pretty much on the floor, just go down the road to Motel8 for the $30 extra.

We booked a last minute stay,reserved a room with a bed,shower,requested upstairs room.Everything was great,even a microwave and refrigerator as a bonus.You have to realize Motel 6 is basic accommodations,not your home.Our room was clean,quiet,everything worked! It is what it is, all that we expected. We did not use heat/air conditioner. The desk clerk was welcoming. We will definitely consider staying at this location again if needed.

2/1/2023- Negative stars if I could. The front lady is so rude. The way she talks to us (people) is disrespectful and rude. Change your f*** attitude lady. The reason why I'm writing this review is because the front lady said we got Noise complaints even tho people in other rooms are being loud as well. This place is a sh**hole. "Oh why did you choose the motel then?" all of you would do the same if you're only staying in a city for a day. She thinks she's better than anyone. You're working at a motel st*** b****. We're not allowed tv cuz it's "loud" b*** what's the point of having TVs at this point, we're literally not allowed to talk to each other bro. Lmfao. The front lady is a clown, greedy a** b**** BUT we left motel 6 & went to Days Inn and our stay was fantastic and very satisfied. The staff were understanding with our situation and they even let us stay in the hot tub for an hour after closing time. Don't stay at the motel 6 cause they will try to do everything to keep your money like they did to us and which she did.

First, they wanted a $100 cash deposit to have my dog. I have never had a motel ask for cash, and it felt kind of shady. Why not just hold it on a credit card? I checked in and was given a key to a room that hadn't been cleaned. The beds were unmade, and there were towels on the floor. So I turned around and went back to the office. The lady was surprised when I told her of the state of the room. She gave me a different room, which had a mini fridge and microwave, so I appreciated the upgrade. However, the microwave didn't work when we tried to make some popcorn. The light inside the microwave wouldn't turn off, so I unplugged it before bed so the light wouldn't disturb us. They need to double check some of their items to make sure they are in working order. I would be upset if I had paid the extra $30 for the nonfunctional microwave. My initial impression of the room was that it seemed clean, just a little run down. Then I accidentally spilled a little bit of soda on the floor, so I cleaned it up with a wet towel so it wouldn't be sticky. The towel turned black! Needless to say I wore shoes for the duration of my stay. At least the beds were clean. I wish there had been a fan in the bathroom, so it wouldn't smell after someone used it. This motel was inexpensive and was in a great location, within walking distance of the London bridge. If the people running this place took a little more pride in it, I think this could be a very good motel. I wouldn't come back or recommend to a friend unless management made some major changes!

First off the man behind the desk was rude to my husband when we were trying to explain that when we called 3 weeks ago and reserved a downstairs handicapped room with 2 beds for $70 and the lady took our name and cc number. Clerk told us that price was for upstairs 1 bed. Quoted us a price for what we needed was $109 a night. We were tired so we took it. After being in the room after dinner found out there was construction going on so it was quite noisy. They had the hallway blocked off so we had to go all the way around the building and through Mr. RUDE MAN to get ice. Never going back there.

Absolutely horrible experience!! I had a reservation for Memorial weekend and they cancelled me the day i was to check in, and would NOT give me a reason. I'm assuming someone came in and was willing to pay 3X what my total was. The front desk person wouldnt even talk to me. Told me that I canceled it but Motel 6 customer service told me that the property cancelled me. Terrible. Shame on you Motel 6!!

They are disgustingly rude.. cops were in and out all night!. All kinds of rif raf in parking lot. I had reserved room through Priceline. When I was checking in (can't go in lobby, must stay outside), front desk crook, I mean clerk,, somehow managed to void out my reservation through priceline and book directly with his Motel 6 without asking me?! So unethical! Therefore, I didn't receive my reward points from Priceline!

Denied service dogs a place to stay per "motel 6 policy" which apparently outranks federal law. Terrible customer service, truly terrible.

My wife and I have been totally disrespected, I'm a firefighter for the department of defense and a veteran we were told we have been recorded, woken up with an unwarranted warning call from the woman who claims to be the manager for what could only be for biased reasons, extremely disrespectful and will be reporting this invasion of our privacy and illegal recordings of a federal employee to Lake Havasu Police department, not only is it a federal crime, but it also puts my safety and my coworkers safety at risk. Having a security clearance and having it compromised by illegal recordings will not be taken lightly. Absolutely unacceptable

Literally the worst experience I have ever had . The lady from the night shift , don't know if she is the owner, but someone has to show her some customer service manners. Walked up to the window and i was asked if i had a reservation. I answered and said yes. She then proceeded to ask how many people I said 2 and a dog. She looked at me with so much hate. She said you were suppose to put that when you reserve your room..i told her I didn't have an option so that why I'm telling you . She was like I can't give you the room now I have to get you another one . She the got her tablet and took a picture of my I.D and debit card . And then tried to do a reservation. She told me the price with so much attitude and frustration. I looked at her and said can I have back my cards and cancel my reservation. At that point I was uncomfortable and was frustrated cause I was looking for a room. We were traveling from far . We needed a room. After that I asked her why she took a picture of my ID and debit card. She said I need it to reverse your room. I ask her to delete. And I also told her she was so rude. Please Do Not Stay Here. I should have yelp it first. NOT PET FRIENDLY.

I booked a room here for the weekend for a friend and I. Upon checking in the woman owner told us we would have to pay extra for 2 people in one room, something I have never heard of in any hotel. She then told us she was upgrading our room as long as we left a good review, however the room I got is the one that I booked. It was not clean when we came in, the bathroom had an open and used hand soap and dirty towels on the floor. We had a lot of food and drinks which we put into the refrigerator in our room, when we came back from grabbing dinner we found the fridge wasn't working. Called the front desk and she was immediately hostile, telling me that they wouldn't fix it until tomorrow, I replied that I had booked and paid for a room with a refrigerator and asked if she was going to compensate me for them being spoiled. At this point she begins yelling at me. My friend took the phone and let her know we would be contacting corporate and leaving a bad review and the woman went crazy yelling and my friend hung up. My friend said fine we will just stay the night since it's 2 am and deal with it in the morning. The front desk woman calls our room again to threaten us with the police. I said you're welcome to call them as we have done nothing wrong She called the police and we ended up having to leave at 2 in the morning because she said we were trespassing. She also said she wouldn't refund my money. It was the most horrifying experience I have ever had, completely ruined our trip. I booked through Expedia and have been dealing with them as far as being reimbursed however had to book another hotel at 3 am and it was more expensive and I lost a lot of money. Because I asked to have my refrigerator repaired. Absolutely terrible .

We reserved a room just for the night. When booking we thought Motel 6 wouldn't be as bad but the price was the best one so we booked it. We got back to the room after dinner and there was little black beetle bugs EVERYWHERE...our bags, towels, shower, floor. You couldn't get out of bed without having your shoes on and hearing a crunch when you walk. Also, not sure if they are allowing it or what, but they have a people living in a trailer in the back of the parking lot where you could park if you had a boat, witch we did, and they were out there super late smoking and fixing a car that was parked. They also had four cars that were theirs that were blocking spots for paying customers to park. The from desk lady was kind when I first interacted with her and when they had to shut the water off for a few hours due to a plumbing issue, but when I brought all the issues to her attention, it was like it did not matter and when I asked if she would refund us for the issues of having to park our truck and boat elsewhere due to the people, the bugs and plumbing issue she refused. She acted as if the bugs were normal and i grew up in lake Havasu and I've never seen a hotel room or home or business that bad! Definitely not coming back!

This place is horrible.. I broke my foot, and iced my foot on the bed.. they didn't give us our full deposit back because of that since the ice dripped on the sheets. We called for more towels, and my friend had to meet them at the stairs.. horrible service..
