I wasn't surprise after the visit I just had that all the reviews are 1 star. Nobody was mean or rude or anything like that. I was there to just return an internet modem because it was just way to slow. Super simple drop off. I walked in gave them my name and sat down. I texted a friend at 2:56 when I sat down and finally at 4:05 I decided my time is way to valuable to sit in a T Mobile store any longer. 2 employees were helping customers but a lot of personal conversation going on which made the transactions take way longer. The part that gets me were the 2 employees in the back that looked at me multiple times through the big glass clear window and never came out to assist. I'm sure it sucks to work there but do your job and help your customers or quit and let them hire someone that will work. Stop just taking up space. I spent an hour+ in there and never got my business taken care of. Will never darken the doors of this establishment again.

We had expertise help from Alyssa. She helped us out with our new phone lines, and home internet. It was a wait but we walked out with our goodies in hand and everything hooked up. We definitely recommend this store and tmobile. Thank you Ladies!!!

Do not believe what they tell you at this store, because it is not true and I will recommend to NOT do business with T-Mobile. I came in to inquire about switching carriers to save money. The sales rep said they had a promotion for the iPhone 14 that sells for $830 and by trading in our iPhone 11's, we would only pay $30 for each phone. We then would save over $20/month on our bill by switching to T-Mobile. It turns out after my first bill that my monthly would go up $21/month for the next 24 months for a total $508 more. I complained to corporate within the 14 day trial period and they said that stores are independent (sales people at the stores get commissions) and they can't do anything. I talked with the store manager and said she would give me a one time credit of $75. I even had what our monthly bill should be written down by the salesman before I left the store. A total bait and switch with no option to cancel since they had shipped our old phones away within 10 days when they say you have 14 days to cancel. All this could have been avoided, had they just been HONEST in the beginning.

Devonte & Jason are so nice and helpful. They stayed a bit past their shift to aid me in purchasing a new phone and made the whole experience extremely smooth and easy. It felt like chatting with friends and I appreciated their banter and professionalism. Excellent experience overall.

I just left. I'd Leave no starts if I could. 3 workers All rude. There's 3 Workers, customers waiting, 2 are attending 1 person. And the female goes to the back and doesn't return. what kind of customer service is that. We left and so did others. What happened to this town? it used to be so nice with excellent customer service.

Was very disappointed in the experience. Had trouble with phone and the answers we got hung us out to dry. I made a mistake going with Tmobil. My business phone is now back on Verizon. For me, t-mobile service in Western Arizona is the worst there is. 5G is pretty much a joke in Parker with download speeds worse than can be at times. It is obvious there network is very limited.

Impossible to communicate with.T-Mobile sent my internet gizmo to the wrong address. It was lost in shipment for 3 months. Once found, I returned it with tracking.T-Mobile turned me into a collection agency saying I needed to pay for the time I never used it. I will NEVER pay this and I am done asking T-Mobile to drop the AmSher Collection Service against my credit rating.

I thought T-Mobile was under staff a lot of people waiting to be seen what staff they did have they did not recognize the customers as they were walking in did not acknowledge them did not have the product on-site that I wanted to buy I would have had to wait for it to be shipped in all the way around poor service

It was very busy but everyone was in a good mood bc the staff was helpful and professional. Then this Karen came in and demanded someone give up their chair and then focused on a service dog claiming it was a goddam dog and she was allergic. We watched as she pulled her mask over her mouth leaving her nose exposed. When the highly anticipated anaphylaxis didn't happen she quickly became a joke and great fun was had by all.

Vanessa O. was absolutely great! I went in with phone issues and decided to buy a new phone. She helped through the process, taking care of everything. I would highly recommend T-Mobile and if you're lucky, Vanessa will be your sales associate.
