In the time of distress when we had a pipe burst and flood our house to 3+ month later after repairs were done and our stuff was ready to move back into the house, the team at AZ Packout showed up promptly and took care of everything with professionalism. Thank you so much, Will, Freddy and Jacob!

They took an extended amount of time after our house fire. We are 11 weeks after the fire and just barely getting the value of our stuff. They refuse to communicate with us, and the excel sheet that they itemized our possessions, my mom and I have a combined 100 hours on it and when they price everything they are just trying to hit a number and not help those of us who are out here struggling living off our savings while they take their time and let stuff get stolen that have personal information on it. I wish they were never recommended. They’ve been more of a nightmare than a godsend, how they are still in business and how Brittney is still employed is laughable. The owner never communicated with us on the course of action, but we have proof the items were there after we handed them the keys to the house. All we wanted was to be done with the house fire, get our support and be done with this mess, instead they dragged their feet, made up excuses as to why they couldn’t get working on it. Do yourself a favor and stay far from this company.

Arizona Pack Out came out to my mom's house in Surprise Friday early afternoon to move all her bedroom furniture and belongings back into her master bedroom. Huskey and Andy were absolutely fabulous. Very efficient and friendly. Went over and above was required. I truly appreciated everything they did and no way could have done the work they did. Highly recommend

This company was referred to us to come pack areas of my home that had been flooded. ***************************-***************** and ***** were very helpful and fast. I have some very heavy furniture and other items and they took great care in taking everything apart and moving everything. Great group of guys. Highly recommend.
