I wouldn't recommend to get a rental car at this location because I was told that I would only be charged $273.00 dollars and to find out I was overcharged $500 in my account for two free days and I was supposed to be charged for two days only and it didn't go as told. Either they are money hungry or why they don't have good reviews on their website and locations.

I prepaid for a one-day rental. When I returned the car, it seemed strange to me that the counter employee did not give me any sort of receipt. I was waiting for my ride for 15 minutes and did not see an email receipt, so I went back in to ask for a receipt. I was given a print out that showed the correct $0 balance for prepaid rental. I am glad I did, because I received an additional charge the next day for an extra day. I called Customer Service at 800-621-2844 and was told I will receive a refund for the additional charge. This is the first time I rented from Budget in years, after previous bad experiences. I will never rent from Budget Again. National and Enterprise are far from great, but they are much better. All rental companies are pretty horrible overall. I always spring for the extra liability waiver and roadside assistance. If you do not pay for these, they will overcharge you for every little problem with their cars. If you pay for these, it is the magic easy pass that gets you into a working car quickly if you have any problems.

I asked about my reservation and the guy put me on hold and never came back to the phone to confirm my reservation, terrible place to rent from! Do not recommend and wasted money for NOTHING! Never going back

Worse customer service. The "bro" that answered the call today and said "You need a truck?" .."We don't have any.." .."its booked for a month" totally fine that they are booked and busy, but there is a better way to speak with people. Grossly rude and glad I am giving my money to U-haul instead. The people running this place is an embarrassment.

I had gotten to the location just after they closed. I really needed to drop off my rental truck as it was the only time I could do it before it was due. They took my truck, and processed my return. Many places these days would have just said tough luck and not helped, but this place did. I really appreciate the gentleman who helped me out even though it was after hours.Thank you!!!!

I gave this branch a second chance and wish I had not. My first negative experience was relatively minor but annoying and then recently a shortage of cars, and a short memory, brought me back. This time I was charged nearly $300 for damage another customer caused, which was documented upon renting my vehicle. Seems, "this sometimes happens due to a lack of communication between the service center and the branch." Then fix this problem!! This is not something a reputable company attempts to explain away to their customers. THis is nearly $300! This is time spent I don't have arguing with my CC company and Budget! IMO, this is a scam! Sometimes you can just feel when a company cares very little for you and will do just about anything to separate customers from their money. These days, Budget is that company.

Horrible customer service. Extremely rude rep there that refused to help get our previously made reservation because they closed in 30 minutes. Then refused to say what would take so long as to not help get us our reservation on the day we scheduled. I’ve never had a check in take more than 10 minutes. Basically gave us the middle finger attitude.

Was honestly one of the better moving experience I had. U-Haul screwed us over on a reservation so instead of trying to find another one, I went to budget. Turns out that was definitely a better decision. Customer service was top notch and no hidden fees.

No Ac inTruck ...also person said gas was full...it was not it was 3/4 full that is a difference in 50$ I made them come back and sign for gas after predelivery inspection.. also was told "dont worry about the AC " I said no... please sign my paperwork that states it is not working in any way not even air... I dont mind that they are lax at certain things.. but this has potential to be a huge problem at the consumers expense. Please note , the customer service was good ... All the staff were very polite ..

Reserved a truck from the Country Club location on Wednesday 11/20/19. Was told the day before that they would not have the 16 ft truck i reserved due to giving them all out to Amazon, Fed Ex, and UPS. Bob Johnson, the person I spoke with, stated that his solution was to give me a 12 ft truck instead. I advised him that I did not think that it was good policy that they give to big companies and not care about the little guy, to which he responded that it happens all the time and the truck was not guaranteed. After searching for other options, I decided to stay with Budget. I arrived the next morning at 845am when my reservation was for, and the truck was not there. The guy behind the counter advised that they would be there soon. After 9am they still were not there. Finally they showed up with 2 16ft trucks and a 12 ft truck. I was then told that I could not have one of those, even though he wrote that number on my paperwork. Only thing he said he would do was give me 200 free miles on there, as I complained that we would have to make 2 trips instead of 1 now.

I couldn’t be more dissatisfied and disappointed with this location. When I dropped off the truck one of the guys, very unprofessional and arrogant, said I forged the paperwork because there was not way the truck left from the original destination half-tanked, when it did. He questioned my integrity without even calling and verifying with the other office first. He also said if I left the truck with with half tank they were going to charge me the full tank. Their truck prices are lower, but they get you with their super expensive insurance. I will never rent a car or truck with this company. Should’ve gone with a U-Haul truck.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. If I could give this location 0 stars I would. The guy working at 8:00am on September 6th, 2019 was rude, pushy, and handled things in a very awful manner. I will never rent from this company again and I advise others to do the same.
