I highly recommend you do NOT do business at this location. For the 2nd month in a row we are NOT able to get into our storage unit at no fault of our own. We have a credit card listed on file for automatic payments. Come to find out the Manager of the facility is in charge of running the payment herself! So last month on Dec 3rd I left 4 voicemails for a return call and still to this day have NOT heard from her. My husband had to walk in to the office to get acknowledged. All she said was oh I have to run the card myself. So we finally got access after he made her run the card right then and there. Now it's 6 days into January and I receive an email about my unit being late and a $20 late fee being added to my account!. I call corporate and all they do is refer me back to the manager at the site, but the location is closed Sunday and Monday's and won't open until 10:30am tomorrow!! So now they are losing our business money since we have items inside the unit that we need by 7am tomorrow morning so we can conduct our normal business day. Not to mention why am I paying full price on a unit that I've already gone a week with no access to? I would give this location zero stars if I could. I will be closing the account and taking my business somewhere else as soon as I can.

I had no problem for about 2 years, except for the rate increase all the time. It went from $95 per month to $135 per month. Within the last 6 months I had about $4000 worth of theft and damage. There is no cameras in the RV storage area. I was told that upper management said it was not worth it. Tried contacting regional manager, left 4 messages and he was given urgent requests to contact me by the main office. No contact for a month. I found a new storage area.

Went to put things in my unit and my lock was gone and unit had been opened. I called numerous times the manager and main office and 2 months later still no answer. I paid storage unit b4 I knew lock was gone and moved out and they still won't return my rent money for the month. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!#!

If you are going to rent from this place, get everything in writing and I mean everything. I pad for a pro rated rate because I got a unit on May 18th and at the time they had a promo going get the second month for free. So I paid $90 up front paid the pro rate and the month of June getting the month of July for free so I thought!!. When I was signing up I let the manager know that I would not need the unit after the July 11. So I asked when will I need to cancel my unit the manager said 1st of July so I would not get charge for the month of August. So I called in and canceled my unit jun 30th. I get a call this morning by a very rude manager of self storage, stating I own for the month of July and if I didn't pay today I would get charged a late fee, I was very confused I started asking questions about the contract and she was very annoyed at that and continued to interrupt me when I was trying to get answers. She was rude and very aggressive over the phone. I let her know that I paid for the month of jun and I should have got July for free. She said look at your contract. So I did sure enough she was right. What they told me vs what was on the contract did not mach up at all. Please don't make the mistake I did and think this nice old lady is going to treat you right and be honest with you she is a snake get everything in writing or don't go to this place at ALL.

Had storage here for five years. What we did not like was the increase in rental fees a few times a year. Doesn't make sense.

I purchased a space online because it said I would get a one month free special if I did it that way. When I showed up w a truck full of stuff to move in there was a sign that said first month free - so I guess purchasing online didn't matter. We arrived on a Saturday at 10 am - according to the hours online and on the sign when we got there they were supposed to have already been open. But there was a hand written sign on the window saying sorry we are closed and everything was locked. The information given to me online did not allow me access into the storage area and there was nobody there to help. There was a Kiosk on site which was horrendously loud and not helpful. I called The customer service line and that took 25 minutes. But when I called it but they did give me a temporary access code to get in. Yikes.

So I saw the place in passing and decided to rent a storage unit here. Everything was completed at the self service kiosk. An email was sent to me with the rental agreement. I attempted to open it but it was password locked. I rented the unit on the 8th and now it is the 3rd of the following month. Part of the rental agreement was the first month free. I am now apparently 2 days late on my payment. Thanks for all the payment info central .so now I'm locked out of my unit unless I pay. So much for a free first month! I tried calling but was unable to speak to any of the customer service representatives. Terrible place! Don't rent from here. I'll be coming back tomorrow and closing this unit and requesting my money back.

This place is absolutely terrible!! DO NOT RENT a storage unit from here!! Last week it was not canceling in 30 days. Today we're told we apparently left an imaginary lock on the unit. Willing to do anything like lie and scam people to make that money, right ya scumbags?

It has nice storage spaces for pretty cheap and has a nice and respectful lady who works there and will give you free water to cool you down.
