Decent place to store your stuff but the hours are not good. The prices are reasonable and the property is clean. They have both outdoor and air conditioned units.

I wish mark zero . I had the 'Worst" with these guys . Go to any place but here . I 3 storages when got sick behind they did zero . New Manager off streets so she says. could careless about people .Get good manager run off . Want Ugly people screw folks out stuff . You can't view but one bill if have 3 . You can't call directly. DM NOT CARE. Owner on Linkin . Guys . Everyone takes payments but these folks all way to auction not these guys . Terrible do business with . GO Anywhere but here scottsdale cheaper !!!you can call speak live person not call center from.1980 .. Worst Ever people a d place . Zero rating . Go Linkin find owners . Not give corpoate numbers.. it's old run down place my old landlord referred me too . You better get ac one good people you can call they can call back directly they commucation issues . Hope that Mgr abd Dm.proud of screwing me over Karma going get both them . Ugly folks !!!

I had an issue with my indoor storage unit at this facility but Ann was so helpful. My issue was resolved and she made sure I was able to get help with my problem. She recently took over this facility and really cares!

Does anyone work here? Can't ever get a call back and now locked out if my unit. I've been trying to pay since December 16th. It won't let me pay online and I can only leave messages. I actually drove back to AZ just to get this settled and still nobody is here all weekend.

No complaints. They have all different sized units to accommodate your needs. Place is walled in. I'm not sure if they have security on site or not but I do know that they have cameras. I've had surgery on my knee and one of the workers offered unloaded my truck for me.

I am still getting billed after i sent in a 30 day notice stating i would no longer be using the services. I have a video where the unit is cleared out. I have called the customer service line more than 6 times and no one has ever called me back. I will be contacting the better business bureau i will be advising everyone on my social media not to rent here and will take this to the attorney general if i need to. It is absolutely ridiculous how you guys run this “ business “. Never in my life have i encountered such foul business practices. I refuse to waste MY TIME going in to the office when i know you guys have my email.

Renting a unit from here has been a horrible experience. The manager that runs this place harassed me into leaving. I did call customer service to complain and not once did anyone call me back. You can totally get a better deal somewhere else. The units do not have air conditioning for the price you will pay here you can get one that is air conditioned. I also noticed bugs around my boxes.

They tell me on line ..go to place check in at kiosk....get there and it doesn't even work ...great start of a wonderful relation with a over priced locker you can't even access when you really need to .

I went in to reserve a space on condition the opening was big enough to pull a trailer in to, put money down had two days to review before I move in, later I found the door wasn’t big enough for what I was storing. I went in to the office and said it wouldn’t work. Now they won’t give me my $65 back it’s been well over a month I’ve tried through emails and visits to get my money back, He said they’re not in the business to giving money back. They’ve taken my money and won’t give it back. The only thing I can do is leave a bad review, this manager Angelo. Bartolotta. isn’t great to do business with at all.
