I am new to Arizona and to Chase Bank. Met with a personal banker and with a bank teller, and both were very informative, friendly, and welcoming. I felt very comfortable and grateful that I picked the right bank.

Horrible visit with this branch. I went in and open an account and turned away, told there were no banker’s available. The branch manager to the left of entry shooting bottles in a trash can, goofy. Bad business actions today. Anyone can call me from this branch and ask me questions if they like.

Had to give them one star just to leave a review, also because the "SH?T" emoji wasn't an option.CHASE Bank thinks that they are the only bank in town, & with that in mind, they think that they can charge... THEIR CUSTOMERS a $25 monthly service fee. Why? Because I don't have a high interest rate, MAXED OUT Chase credit card?!Anyways, I couldn't pull my $18K out fast enough.Do your part... close your Chase accounts, so we can close the coffin lid on Chase Bank in this state!HELLO BANK OF AMERICA!

We came in on the wrong day for our appointment by accident, and Rafael still was able to help us out super quickly. This is a very nice branch

I will never return to this branch of Chase. Customer service is terrible. Get the feeling no one is important there....all about being "fair", so who cares if you can't set up meeting with banker until next week. Who cares if you tried ten times to set up meeting online. Impossible! I will try another branch bank and if it is as bad, I will move my money to another bank!

Best chase branch I’ve ever been to. I come here weekly for our deposits and change and their customer service is always top notch! They are always greet me, ask how my business is doing, and assist with anything I need. By far the friendliest staff at any bank I’ve been to, so glad they are so close to wear I live.

Do not open a business account at this location they have their heads somewhere else. Specifically Raphael a relationship banker does not know what he is looking at on a screen. I have had my business account open for a week and I still did not have my card in the mail so I called and asked if they sent it to the correct address and they did not send it to the correct address they sent it to the wrong address that I specifically numerous times told Raphael the correct address to send the card to. He chose to ignore those multiple occasions of me telling him where to send the card. So I called and tried to get an answer he did not answer so he called the next day and told me that he was going to overnight a new card. So when we got off the phone I decided to go to my old address and see if my card did get sent there and it did so I got that card tried to call Rafael to ask if it is active he chose not to answer again so I left a voicemail an hour to two hours later I tried to use this card and it did not work I tried calling Raphael again and he did not answer again. So I had to go to a teller the teller was very nice and did her job but when asking Robert who seems to be the branch manager if I could activate this physical card that I have that it was sent to the wrong address and just cancel the card that Raphael has in transit I was told this can't happen and I now have to wait two to three more days to received my business debit card so now today I have to use my personal card and reimburse my personal with my business later on. I am not happy with this service whatsoever I am a new business owner and this is a brand new account and I am already dissatisfied.

I want to publicly thank two of this Branch's outstanding employees, Danielle Quarentello and Margaret McCoy. Intelligent, resourceful. innovative and just plain delightful to talk to. Answered every one of my questions. They are real assets to the Branch. Thank you both for helping on my behalf. Keep up the excellent workAlbert M. Schwartz

I would never recommend Chase to anyone looking for a bank. I have been to several branches and they are all the same - you are annoyance interrupting their business routine. Someone "guarding" the door and asking what you want when you come in, one teller open for service, and several other people doing other things. My sister has dementia and I needed to be added to her accounts so that I can manage her finances now. It took a trip requesting this, an appointment that took an hour of submitting the legal Power of Attorney paperwork, a two day wait for the legal department to approve it, and another hour appointment to change addresses, etc. The credit card information was not changed at this time, so it was another trip to the bank to straighten it out. The woman at the first branch was sorry, she could not help me, she had an appointment coming in in half an hour. Call Customer Service. I had already done that before coming in, and it was a 50 minute wait. So, I went to another branch. They were polite and professional, but completely unhelpful. The manager had to call the customer service number [!?!] and then informed me that the legal POA I provided to be put on the other accounts was not sufficient for the credit card. I would need to return to the lawyer and pay another hourly fee to draw up another POA that includes the account number. I completely understand their need to safeguard their clients, but I feel like this has progressed to taking advantage of them themselves. If they can stall and delay and put up roadblocks, they benefit financially from overdraft fees and late charges from people who can longer manage their accounts on their own.

I had an appointment I booked online and got notice it was for 930 am. I had gotten there andguy says I wasn't on schedule. I specificity had booked the appointment and had gotten a notice that it was with a guy named Cody. Also, they need to update the handicapped accessibility and side walk area. Very hard to get into bank from parking lot when can't walk well.

I first want to say I've been banking with chase for several years and this is my favorite branch they have always helped me figure out my banking needs however my sister moved from out of state we went to get her a chase account set up but we didn't have a appointment however Perla Pena a personal banker took her lunch break to help my sister who started her job and because Perla went out of her way to help her when she started her job she could give them the direct deposit papers got her debit card ordered she was so awesome so thank you Perla we both appreciate you taking your lunch to help her without a appointment by the way that would have been 2 days two late for her great customer service
